They also had nothing to make the waffles listed when we showed up and no lids. I feel like if they are charging premium, then I expect more for it.

I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was delicious!! The boba was nice and chewy, great flavor. 50% sweetness for the drink was perfect. I also love that they have a smaller size option! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Oh my gosh! Pineapple dairy free Dole Whip! Soooooo happy! I had a Dole Whip and Matcha soft serve swirl. I can’t wait to go back.

It was a very cute place and drink was good. I had the ube drink and added the sweet cream tornado for an upcharge. Bareley recived any of the sweet cream. $12 drink with a $1.40 tip, ultimately for me i wouldnt go back.

We had a group of us there meeting for a bible study. The pla e was very welcoming and cozy. Its a great place to escape for awhile and meet up with friends. Friendly staff and great service! Best of all the bobba drinks and snacks were excellent and just enough!

This cozy little shop in downtown Vancouver is something i would've never expected! Ice cream and boba tea at first sounded odd to me, but Softea definitely made me rethink some things! Their rotating menu is also pretty nice, offering seasonal drinks, and from what ive seen, changing some of their standard flavors now and again too! Ive been a big fan of their Tiger Tornado for a while now, flavors of Taro and Brown sugar with a bit of vanilla. But they've got more traditional teas too! The vibe and aesthetic of the place really keeps you drawn in, and the small selection of board games can help to keep kiddos engaged too.

Soft Tea is fantastic! The drinks are super fresh and flavorful, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I tried the brown sugar boba and it was delicious—perfectly balanced and not too sweet. Definitely my new go-to spot in downtown Vancouver!

Awesome shop with nice friendly staff. I had the Pineapple Express and will definitely be going back for another one soon. They also have a cool lounge area that I really liked, check this place out when you get a chance!

My friend and I went here at least 3 times a week! The vibe is cute and cozy, everyone that works there is super nice. The drinks are fun, unique and really good. The seating is super cozy AND they have a really cool mirror in the bathroom (you should check it out, I love it)

Ordered taro milk tea with bubbles (boba aka tapioca balls that were very soft) and winter melon oolong tea with powdered milk (base is oolong tea, NOT winter melon — the syrup is winter melon).
Love the space, lots of room to study or play board games. Boardgame provided and small shop for capybara stuffy animals!
Staff is knowledgeable and able to customize to your needs!

This place has a very cute capybara theme with cute decor and lots of seating in the back. The drink I had was great, strawberry lychee something. Their menu was quite large. The only disappointing thing was the lack of staff, there was only 1 person working at the time of our visit and they were doing amazing by themselves but it took about a half hour for our drink after a few people in line in front of us. Would love to see more than 1 person working.
