I ordered a foot long coney with no cheese but extra onions, and an order of onion rings!!! Ok I got a coney with no cheese and no onions and maybe a tablespoon of chilie, plus the bun was hard and chewy and the onion rings tasted like fish!! Plus they were cold because the driver had other stops!!

Ordered the Footlong Coney Island dog and fries. Food was cold, the coney sauce amounted to a table spoon or less. Worse hot dog I have ever had. The fries had so much salt, I could hardly eat them. No inside seating. Had I known that I wouldn't have gone there. I would say that this was the worse fast food I have ever had and I'm 75 years old. I noticed that there were no good reviews that I saw. Didn't read them all.
Parking: Eat in your car is only option.

Today was my second experience with Whitney at sonic in the drive thru window, she displayed completely TERRIBLE customer service and argued and refused to give me condiments for the SECOND time. Also where are the styrofoam cups!?

Everything we ordered smelled and tasted like fish. We didn’t order fish. The double and triple smash burger, fishy tasting. The French fries, pickle fries and premium chicken bites, extra fishy tasting and smelling. Unfortunately we were passing through and attempted to eat the food on the road so I didn’t return everything. Definitely won’t be going back and dont recommend, unless of course you prefer all of your food to smell and taste of fish when it is in fact, not fish.

Ordered chicken strip meal and saw an extra charge. Asked about it and was given the answer "everyone pays it whats the big deal?" Ask to speak to the manager on shift they never came to speak with me claim "they were too busy!" The only reason I completed the order and didn't drive away is I promised my son Sonics. I refuse to return to this establishment as taking my money for a "bogus" charge is not ok with me. Everyone needs to check their receipts when dinning here more closely.

I didn't believe sonics existed for so long... Id see commercials and never come across one in real life, but then miracle of miracles, i came upon one and I'm just thrilled to have found such a rarity.

Ordered online, 12/09/2024. Picked up the food around 10:30 pm. My onion rings looked like they had been cooked in extremely dirty oil, and the hot dogs I ordered had a really weird color, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a really long time. Really disappointing for $25.

7pm Friday night, December 6th. Closed? Not a holiday, no online information or phone service of reason of closure. I hate that chains don't notify online and for 3rd party services of why. To inform customers of their closures Lately, I've ordered food and service has worsened, some food not cooked thoroughly or I've been missing an item each visit for pickup or delivery. Few responses have been talk to your 3rd party for a refund. Or that was 30 mins ago we aren't responsible for it. I love sonic since it opened but the past year not so much.
