This is super sonic not anymore it's disgusting service mostly monitoring TV are broken and bathroom are stinky trying to wash my hand with no paper or blower , the toilet ? so stinky and smell like crazy, how is this possible? Guaranteed to mess up your food and then not answer the phone!! the quality of service has downgraded along with the quality of food, which is really sad because sonic is somewhere that I’ve grown up eating my entire life, but I have noticed in the last five years management has slowly, but surely lost its grip at this restaurant ! Don’t expect your food to come out how you order it and when they make a mistake, expect them to blame you for your food coming out incorrect !! Big L sonic , step your game up !

I think the picture speaks for itself. This was with "extra sauce". The experience was overall disappointing and lackluster.

It's been a while since I've been to sonic drive in. Order the chili cheese dog. A bacon double cheeseburger with tater tots. IA strawberry shake and a Dr Pepper. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes.The Burger was good. Could have used a little more lettuce. The strawberry shake was also very good. I could not taste my tater tots. Due to all the salt they dumped on them. I got about a month worth of sodium per tater tot.Overall, the food gets a solid 3 out of 5.

Purchased a featured Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, received a Pickle Sandwich.There was not enough meat to even cover one layer of the hard and chewy bun.However, there was an abundance of pickles! And more pickles! And even more pickles!Also ordered a slush, it was handed to me with product running down the sides of the cup and the lid was covered from being overfilled. I was told Sonics cups have a "sticky" feeling, and told there were napkins in the bag. Now that's customer service!At this point, it may be better to just give up instead of asking what to focus improvement on.Vegetarian options: Vegetarians can order the Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich,it's almost all pickles!
