As I shared with our barista, we always ask for extra hot for our lattes. This is the first place that I've been to that really got them. What I would call extra hot. Kudos!

Do NOT like coffee at all. They have alternatives, including tea and warm apple cider, both of which I had. The tea was too hot and really could not enjoy it, but when I ordered the cider I specified that I only wanted it warmed and it was delicious. The banana bread and cinnamon pastry were both a little dry, but I still enjoyed them. I was between procedures (CT scan and 3 MRI's), and the store had no problem with me just sitting there. Very welcoming and smiling to all, and even heard them call some customers by name.

After having a disappointing experience at another store, I came here the morning of their holiday launch and was so absolutely grateful for the wonderful customer service I received! The young man who was working the drive thru window was so kind and pleasant. I will be returning because of him!

Horrible service. Waited in drive thru for 9 min, got to window and sat there for 5 and the cashier never helped me nor looked my way, he just kept taking orders from other cars and people. I left leaving behind $35 in drinks. When I worked there it was get customers in and out in 3min or less. Good job Gen Z. Youre going places.

I hate really really cold drinks so If I ask for no ice or like 6 ice cubes they're really understanding and actually put in 6 ice cubes and are so nice ☺️
The inside is the most comfortable and beautiful Starbucks I've been in! Great customer service as well.Limited outlets for working.Nice restrooms, well kept.Little to no road noise.There is plenty of seating for groups.It's just a wonderful atmosphere overall.I'll definitely be coming back!
As with most Starbucks they have signs posted stating they have environmentally sustainable options for drinkware but you have to request it or you'll get plastic or paper with a plastic lid.When ordering in the default should be ceramic or glass, you should have request it specifically. When we did ask for ceramic they seemed put out that they had to get a cup down and wash it for us.I try not to go to these places anymore but sometimes it really is the only place to get coffee and can't be avoided.

Feeling the need to give a review do to the endless times this has happened. I genuinely go into order and I am greeted with the backs of heads from staff, but they are working. Placing an order is above and beyond the usual time frame and then getting said order comes at a laughable length. I asked the manager at my last visit why it was taking so long for a Americano ☕️ and she reported “we give attention to online orders and drive through our full attention first”. Yikes, I will let my $ vote to go down the road. Come on SB just be better :).
