I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! The barista went above and beyond by writing a cute 'Happy Birthday' message on my drink lid. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made my day. The drink was delicious as always. Highly recommend this location for both the great service and tasty beverages!

Friendly baristas today! They made me a white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew and I just had to tell them how perfect it was. They're so good that someone literally drove through their entrance recently. That's how excited the person was (at least that's the story I'm giving it!) Great work all around at this location. Clean tables, great drinks, and fantastic service.

I come to Starbucks more often than I’d like to admit, but I will continue to come to this specific location for the insanely high level of customer service this location provides.NEVER in my life, has my order been made for me without me having to ask. NEVER in my life have I been greeted by my first name in a store that I visit frequently. I have never experienced this level of customer service, ever.To the barista that starts making my 8 pump chai before I order: Thank you for taking the time out of your life to learn my name and what I like to order. Thank you for making me feel like I’m more than just another customer, but a person. Thank you for making me feel important.Thank you for being you.I appreciate your kind gestures more than you could possibly imagine.

Charging for no ice is absolutely crazy lol. The lady who explained it to me was nice enough but come on, with how expensive Starbucks is do you really need the extra 1$?My drink was also wrong but I needed to get to work, so it was fine. But 7$ for a drink that didn't even come out right is kinda insane. Wouldn't call Starbucks worth it anymore.

Awful customer service! Barista’s shouldn’t be arguing with patrons over what the patron wants. If he says hot white chocolate he means white hot chocolate not hot white mocha. White chocolate is white (hence the name) white mocha is brown.
