The vibe at this location is just weird. I went here a few months ago, the service was not great, but I decided to try again. I order a 16 ounce coffee, the lady asks "anything else", I figured a scone or a snack, and I say no thank you. She says "one black coffee", I have to ask for cream and sugar. She makes the coffee, hands it to me with a very stern look, no thank you, anything. She appears to be a manager of some sort, as she was giving directions to the other 3 baristas. Just a very different vibe from the Orchards Starbucks, where they seem pleasant and happy, and make small talk...this location just seems uptight.

This McDonald's of coffee is going down hill so fast.
I ventured in needing coffee and a snack. Placed my order, had to refinance my house to pay for it. (Joking but it's terrible for the cost) When it was ready I than received a luke warm supposed mocha and a bagel that I politely asked to be crispy(toasted) which was still cold in the center and no colour/crispness.
I always tell myself to never go back, thinking that maybe another trip will be better but it keeps getting worse.
Starbucks, your giving the PNW a bad name with your bullshit experiences, do better...
Me and my family won't be spending anymore money with this business.

Love the Starbucks, they always go out of their way to take care of and help you here, & the coffee is great. Barista Marilyn is one of my favorites, she’s always positive and warm and embodies what I believe to be the epitome of customer service.

Super friendly! I enjoy the quick but super friendly conversation in the morning through the drive thru. There’s a barista there (Jesse I believe his name is), who is always quick, funny, & cute LOL ? I love this

A typical Starbucks but this is a convenient location with lots of parking as well as a drive through. The seating is spaced to encourage friendly conversation without disturbing your neighbors. I met friends there and we had tea and chatted for 2 hours.
Parking: Located in a small corner mall, there is plenty of parking shared with other restaurants and stores.

This corner is great, I have been coming here to study for while now, employees are friendly and professional. I have a weird drink not on the menu, they always fix it for me and always get it right. Actually, sometimes as soon as I walk they start making it I don’t have to wait.Thank you all!

What has happened to this Starbucks? When I placed my order, the Manager corrected me twice. Then told me I would save a dollar if I did it her way. I have plenty of money or I would not go to Starbucks for coffee. Got home and had to come back because my order was wrong. When I came back the manager was false nice. Wow!

I went in the morning before work. Placed a. mobile order. I got in the drive thru line two minutes before my order was ready. I thought it was going to take longer getting to the speaker box because there were a few cars in front of me. I got to the box and let them know I placed a mobile order. They told me in a snarky attitude that theres a timer on my app to let me know when my order is ready. By the time I got to the window my order should have been ready a minute prior and they still told me I had to pull around front to get my order. When the lady brought my food to the car after I parked out front she also gave me an attitude and told me I need to wait until my app says my order is ready. I’ve went to this starbucks before. and never had a problem. Just seems like everyone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Honestly, I've never had bad service or product at Starbucks. No complaints other than getting me addicted to fattening caramel Frappuccinos. Just kidding, it's me, not you. I'm weak, and those things are too delicious.

As a nurse, I give customer service at one of the highest levels to some of the most vulnerable people, but when I am a customer, it’s so frustrating to be treated with such disrespect. Tall Nitro, in a grade cup, side of pumpkin cold foam. I’m gonna have to charge you for a grande, I don’t want a grande, and you have to charge me $1.25, why would you also charge me for the extra room - what’s the difference - ;tries to explain the difference which is actually throwing away 1/2 of the whipped cold foam. Not trying to be a Karen, not trying to rip anyone off, but don’t double up-charge me on a small coffee. And don’t come at me, I wasn’t being rude or entitled I respectfully asked why you had to follow some algorithm to make sure “your store” captures every dime. Teach “your employees” how to communicate with respect non negotiably and if you have to double up charge me learn how to communicate why respectfully. (Store manager Megan)
