I came in on the 15th of december at noon to get a coffee and the Berista named Maddy who took my work was so kind and positive, even said she liked my star sweater. It really just made me feel so welcome. She's a gem.

Personal put a coffee in a bag and stapled the bag. The lid popped off or cup had a hole in it. Poured coffee all in my car. Manager would do nothing about it. Never even said sorry.

I enjoy going to Starbucks. The service is good and the employees are usually pretty friendly. I like that I can go in get what I want within a few minutes and that at this particular Starbucks there were a few regular patrons and the employees knew them by name. Shows great character on the part of the employees.
At 0445 every morning I arrive for dark roast coffee. They always have it brewed and are so nice.
