It's A Starbucks in a sea of them. What set this one out from the myriad of them is the service, friendliness, and product knowledge!! Knowing that no matter which Barrista makes it for you, it is going to be consistent, which is paramount for returns. Of which I will! And yes. It was spotless.

A young man here took my 400 stars on 11/23/2022. I went back and asked him and he replied me why mine will come back in a few minutes but after 3 days it still hasn't come back I went back to ask they said can't return it to me it's really bad to hear that.

One of the worst Starbucks ever. Staff is not helpful and their drinks sucks! I'm not sure what is going on there, but it's always a disappointment when I have to stop there while shopping at Safeway. The Safeway deal also never works! I think I'll change the Safeway location completely, as it's impossible to enjoy a good drink and shopping there

This Starbucks is inside a Safeway and they don’t have the same functionality on the Starbucks app as a normal stand alone Starbucks would.Also, I went on a Sunday morning and the 2 girls that were working were basically a cloud of negativity. Super cranky and unhelpful. They didn’t smile, they didn’t say thank you, just straight up rude employees.

It's friday love with $5 pastry and grande drink. I understand the staff here is overwhelmed with an influx of people coming in for this deal but Tabitha was REALLY short and stop taking my order mid sentence. Ethan rocks!

Went there exactly 5 minutes before closing, there was no line, and clerk told us they were closed, as she finished a final order for another customer.

I don't know where the old baristas went, but the past few times I have been here at this Starbucks, they have not made my drink correctly. The order I usually get is a Venti Java Chip Frap and the past 3 times alone, they have messed up my drink. The 1st time it was blended incorrectly so the new barista blended my drink twice ( because she forgot to put the chips in ), the drink tasted horrible. The 2nd time the girl put in syrup instead of the chips, and while it was fine, it wasn't the drink I had ordered. And now the 3rd time ( just today ) the girl put too much ice in the drink so the drink tasted horrible again! I had to throw it out after one sip! I have been going to this location for the past 5 years, please train the new baristas ( the 3 of them that have made my drink each time ) properly if you decide to lay off the good ones! If I pay almost $6 for a drink, it should be correct!

was in a hurry. Must have been about 11:00. I wanted a good strong cup of coffee. I didn't want to go to Dutch Bros. You were close on 162nd on my way to church. I went in and asked for a Venti Cup of Black Coffee, Bold. I was told that you were out of bold and I could come back in about 20 minutes. Uhhh, no. A week later I went in and again had an appointment. I needed to pick up a cup of coffee and a scone or muffin to take with me. There seemed to be only one person working and there was a line. These are my last two visits to your kiosk in Safeway but there have been other times when I could not get a cup of coffee. I've had staff roll their eyes because I said large instead of Venti, long lines, out of breakfast buns or choices. Why even work or open this place. I am now going to take the extra time to go to Black Rock. You won't miss me because I never get what I want anyway.
