I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but after seeing a few negative ones, I felt it was important to share my experience. I’m a daily Starbucks customer, and this location is my home base. I travel often for work, and this is genuinely one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. The staff and management are awesome. Special shout-out to Shelby for always getting it right and doing so with a smile. Don’t believe everything you read, many of the negative comments seem to stem from self-induced issues where the blame is misplaced. Stop by for yourself and enjoy the awesomeness! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU GUYS ROCK!

I recently left a not-so-great review for this location, but after speaking with the manager, Trish, I wanted to update it. She took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was handled the best it could be. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding she was, and I’m happy with the outcome. If you like getting a smashed, mangled, or ripped sandwich and paying for venti cup of foam, then coming back a second time for the same experience this is the place for you! Haha I just hope taking your anger out on my order helped whoever made it feel a lil better. 🤗

I repeated my order twice and they still got it completely wrong. I wanted the honey citrus mint green tea 1/2 sweet and she gave me an iced peach green tea lemonade fully sweet. I literally told her that was wrong and corrected her and she still gave me the wrong drink that I cannot consume. AND SHE DID THIS ON PURPOSE WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WAS OKAY WITH THIS.
ITS NOT THE SAME AND ITS DISGUSTINGLY SWEET. I would have preferred her to just tell me it’s not possible SO I COULD ORDER WHAT I WANT.
The worst part is that we are on our way to a wedding 2 HOURS AWAY and we don’t have the time to stop again and I will NOT be drinking this pure sugar crap. I’m so anger rn
I come to this Starbucks often and I’m always impressed by how quickly the line goes even if it’s long! Also, the Customer Service is always very interactive and they always double check if my order is right! Today it was Kari at the window thank you for taking my order, making sure everything was right and being a fun conversationalist!

This location is nearest my daughter’s school, so we stop here often in the morning. Never have we experienced such rude and horrible customer service, as we do almost daily at this location!! It’s ridiculous…and seems to come from management on down! Talking rudely over the microphone, acting short at the window, even slamming it during and after purchase exchange, then demanding a tip and getting even more angry and rude when it’s not given after all of that. Unacceptable. Not Starbucks standard. Do better.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went from ordering everyday to once a week because of the terrible service. Today I mobile ordered, app notified me of my drink being ready less than 5 minutes after ordering - I was stuck in traffic so it took me about 35 minutes to get there. Go through the drive thru to pick up, they said “we’ll start making it for you, we forgot to put it in the system.” (How does that make sense?) coffee was made wrong, the employees seem put off by customers. I’ve given this location so many chances but last straw was today.

They were quick to assume things and had a very snooty attitude. It shouldn’t take 3 different people to have an adult interaction. It cost nothing to be kind to people who are clearly having an off morning and are just trying to figure out what they want to eat for breakfast. Patience goes a long way. Seeing as this place has none I will be not be coming back to this location. Not a fun experience to have with a young child with us. Also not a good example to my child on how difficult situations should be handled. Please hire more emotionally mature employees. Your job is to serve. Act like you enjoy it. No one is keeping you there if you don't like.
Do NOT use a gift card here, they are crooks and automatically take a tip from the gift card balance. We went thru the drive thru today and ordered two coffees for $7. She took a $3 tip from the card and didn't want to give us the receipt for the gift card balance. Dishonest business and we won't be back.
This is easily the worst Starbucks in Vancouver. The service is downright awful—employees are incredibly rude and don’t seem to care at all. They mess up your order 8 times out of 10, and when you point it out, they respond with the worst attitude imaginable before remaking your drink so poorly it’s barely drinkable. Unfriendly, incompetent, and the product is terrible. Skip this place entirely. Go to Black Rock or the Salmon Creek Starbucks instead—those locations actually have competent management and decent service, unlike this disaster.
