I wish I could give 0 stars. I went from ordering everyday to once a week because of the terrible service. Today I mobile ordered, app notified me of my drink being ready less than 5 minutes after ordering - I was stuck in traffic so it took me about 35 minutes to get there. Go through the drive thru to pick up, they said “we’ll start making it for you, we forgot to put it in the system.” (How does that make sense?) coffee was made wrong, the employees seem put off by customers. I’ve given this location so many chances but last straw was today.
They were quick to assume things and had a very snooty attitude. It shouldn’t take 3 different people to have an adult interaction. It cost nothing to be kind to people who are clearly having an off morning and are just trying to figure out what they want to eat for breakfast. Patience goes a long way. Seeing as this place has none I will be not be coming back to this location. Not a fun experience to have with a young child with us. Also not a good example to my child on how difficult situations should be handled. Please hire more emotionally mature employees. Your job is to serve. Act like you enjoy it. No one is keeping you there if you don't like.
Do NOT use a gift card here, they are crooks and automatically take a tip from the gift card balance. We went thru the drive thru today and ordered two coffees for $7. She took a $3 tip from the card and didn't want to give us the receipt for the gift card balance. Dishonest business and we won't be back.
This is easily the worst Starbucks in Vancouver. The service is downright awful—employees are incredibly rude and don’t seem to care at all. They mess up your order 8 times out of 10, and when you point it out, they respond with the worst attitude imaginable before remaking your drink so poorly it’s barely drinkable. Unfriendly, incompetent, and the product is terrible. Skip this place entirely. Go to Black Rock or the Salmon Creek Starbucks instead—those locations actually have competent management and decent service, unlike this disaster.

I went to black rock for a drink, lovely service. Super sweet girl. Then me and my sister wanted to get food at this Starbucks. My sister accidentally forgot my order so she wanted to order it at the window separately. Sonja who was working by the window was sighing and rolling her eyes. Very impatient and rude with us because when my sister said she paid for her order, sonja cut us off with “and you did😐”. While my sister was just trying to explain she was gonna make a separate order. She was being very sassy and rushed us. Then complained when I handed her a $20 to pay for one item which I understand but it’s all I had, at least your getting paid😭
They don’t know go to put a lid on a hot cup of coffee.

I came in and ordered the Grande Iced Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte with Coconut Milk. What I was given was a Grande Iced Latte, Blonde, 1/2 coconut milk. It was bitter and not right. The gentleman who took my order repeated to me the order and I had to correct him many times even though I was ordering straight off the menu and not a custom drink. I went back up to ask for it to be corrected. The barista asked for me to open my cup and she dumped in vanilla syrup telling me “it’s not as much as it looks.” Then she sent me on my way. Any other time I’ve been to a Starbucks they have always remade my drink when they so obviously got it wrong. Now I have no coffee that’s drinkable and if I want something else I’ll have to go spend another $6.00 somewhere else.

I frequent Starbucks often and was shocked at the amount of time to get a mobile order and the store was absolutely filthy. There was not one person in line- yet the store was a mess and took 15 minutes at least to get a coffee. Very disappointing experience.

The store is spotless, the team is very pleasant, the food is delicious and the hot cocoa is wonderful! Lots of free parking.

Employees are not friendly. Staff does not read orders, got my drink size wrong and gave me my drink and it was sticky and liquid was dripping out would not come back to this location again. Got 2 large and is definitely not a large.
