I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but after seeing a few negative ones, I felt it was important to share my experience. I’m a daily Starbucks customer, and this location is my home base. I travel often for work, and this is genuinely one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. The staff and management are awesome. I recently left a not-so-great review for this location, but after speaking with the manager, Trish, I wanted to update it. She took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was handled the best it could be. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding she was, and I’m happy with the outcome. I come to this Starbucks often and I’m always impressed by how quickly the line goes even if it’s long! Also, the Customer Service is always very interactive and they always double check if my order is right! Today it was Kari at the window thank you for taking my order, making sure everything was right and being a fun conversationalist!
