Made a mobile order, went inside and it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. Several people who ordered in person and after us got their drinks before us. When we asked where our drinks were one of the employees lacked customers service skills while mentioning it was not her fault and she just got off lunch. Very disappointed, every other starbucks I've been to has been such a delight. Would rather just drive a little farther to go somewhere more with better customer service.

My dad died today and I thought, hey, I’ll get a Starbucks drunk to feel better! I pay $7.50 for a VANILLA LATTE that doesn’t have vanilla in it and the coffee is burnt. This drink should be kept in Area 51 cause this cannot be FDA approved. My therapist will be hearing about this experience.

I used to go to this Starbucks a lot because it’s close to my work, and I made friends with some staffs here, they used to be so sweet, but now when I come back again, it’s like everything’s changed, it wouldn’t hurt to be friendly to the customersToday my husband went again and they didn’t even know how to make an americano…please train your stuff at least know how to make a drink

I was recommended the salted cheese foam cold brew. It IS AMAZING. The lady (I think Ashley) who made my drink was very friendly and quick :)
Its a hit or miss type of place either you get your drink right or they make it totally disgusting. Not to mention the staff. It worser and worser as they get new employees its like they don’t train them at all. Most employees have attitude and lack of customer service skills or experience.
