My dad died today and I thought, hey, I’ll get a Starbucks drunk to feel better! I pay $7.50 for a VANILLA LATTE that doesn’t have vanilla in it and the coffee is burnt. This drink should be kept in Area 51 cause this cannot be FDA approved. My therapist will be hearing about this experience.

Admittedly I was really hesitant to come here due to the Yelp reviews, however, after a long day and wanting to go to sleep, my 7 month old decided otherwise. I was exhausted, and spent all night trying to get her to go to sleep, it was around 7 or 8am when I decided that she was not going to sleep any time soon and so I buckled her into her carrier and off we went on a walk as my last resort. I was super irritable and exhausted but happened to walk past this Starbucks and definitely needed the caffeine, so after hesitation to come in and order knowing this could go very wrong, I headed in. Immediately, the energy of the workers and their willingness to have conversation was welcoming, they were super nice and patient in taking my order despite me being practically brain dead from exhaustion and indecisiveness, the coffees were made pretty fast and looked as gorgeous as a coffee can look, absolutely picture perfect All of them had great energy, super nice, and great at their jobs ! I left caffeinated, energized, and my day made so much better from having good conversations. As someone who's worked in services and knows the kind of crap they deal with on a daily basis, these workers were amazing. I will definitely be coming back especially as seeing it's a walk just down the road If the workers ever see this review, I just wanna thank you for making a miserably exhausted and irritable momma's day better !

I hate this location, the times I have gone the employee will just ignore the fact im standing there until they finish doing whatever. This last time the Starbucks employee was chatting with a Safeway employee, saw ai was in line and just kept chatting. Then I had to interrupt them asking if she was opener, then the safeway employee noticed and left so she could help me. All the while she was cold and rude I know she could care less then to help me. Then after I ordered she proceeded to help some random people I think her friends and gift Birthday cake pops and have a conversation with someone else. She gave me my drink which tasted weird, I honestly should have even bought a drink since the beginning but was on my way to a funeral and needed the extra pick me up. The times Ive gone here Starbucks employees are always engaging with conversations with non customers and ignoring real customers and it's frustrating.

I came in asking for a strawberry açaí lemonade and told me they were out. They then showed me they weren't out and proceeded to tell me that if they sold it now they wouldn't have any for later. So what I'm hearing is you won't sell it to me now so you can sell it to someone else later? Ridiculous, I normally don't have issues here.

I used to go to this Starbucks a lot because it’s close to my work, and I made friends with some staffs here, they used to be so sweet, but now when I come back again, it’s like everything’s changed, it wouldn’t hurt to be friendly to the customersToday my husband went again and they didn’t even know how to make an americano…please train your stuff at least know how to make a drink
I was recommended the salted cheese foam cold brew. It IS AMAZING. The lady (I think Ashley) who made my drink was very friendly and quick :)

Its a hit or miss type of place either you get your drink right or they make it totally disgusting. Not to mention the staff. It worser and worser as they get new employees its like they don’t train them at all. Most employees have attitude and lack of customer service skills or experience.
