Always go through the drive-through but today I ran in with my toddler to use the bathrooms. Instead of just telling me the code, Jordyn looked at me then my 4 yr old daughter who’s doing the pee dance and asked if I planned on making a purchase. I’ve been a gold card member for 15 years and I spend enough money every week that asking to use the bathroom and being treated like I’m a squatter or something… mildly offensive.

Less than 24 hours after my birthday, I went to go get my birthday drink. I had already been having a horrible day and I was feeling very down and awful about myself and I went to redeem my birthday drink and they said it was too late it had not even been a full day. I have been a customer for so long and I spent so much money there and you can’t even give me one drink on my birthday I’m literally Sobbing in my car, so thank you so much

So I be there today on my break because is close to my work and I order 3 drinks and I coffe cake. My white mocha drink is not testing good at all I order hot chocolate too is not flavor on that either and my coffee cake is tasted burn and I call for let then know how is my order and they tell me come back now with the drinks and the coffe cake and I can replace for you.. I can't comeback because i working or ready.. plus the ladie answer the phone is so rude.. I never come back a these location

Even though my house is exactly the same distance between this Starbucks & the one located in Safeway on the corner of Andresen & Mill Plain, I always choose to come here because every single time I have, I always received above and beyond stellar service & flawless food and drink orders made to perfection. There were 2 seperate times where I had placed my order through the app earlier in the day, but due to an emergency with a loved one in one incident and my car unexpectedly going into limp mode in the other, was unable to get there until within a quarter to closing. When I called to let them know both times, the baristas were extremely understanding, and were genuinely concerned with my loved one's well-being (motorcycle accident at 80 mph, and he still has residual effects from it but regardless he survived something that would have mortally injured most people) and mine as well, making sure I wasn't stranded (I wasn't thanks to Good Sam roadside assistance). When I was finally able to pick up both orders, all of the baristas working during both times happily & efficiently remade my food and drinks fresh, and even hooked me up with some surplus food made that they didn't want to go to waste. They were so courteous to me, even when I came in around 6 minutes to closing. Which, I really wouldn't have blamed them if they would have not been okay with me showing up that late; They worked all day, and having to complete all the various closing tasks they have to do as well as prep for the next morning, as well as any other time commitments they may have after work, they have every right to be able to expect to clock out when their shift is over. The people employed at this location are always in a jovial mood and obviously have fun and enjoy what they do here, which is awesome since that indicates great and successful management and teamwork with effective and concise communication. I always look forward to picking up my orders from here & look forward to more!

They were absolutely just respectful they were they were staring at me when I was actually crying and having an emotional day they all were lined up looking at me and started saying why is that girl's crying in my lobby

Staff was fast, friendly, and helpful. There is no visible cooler where protein boxes or bottled drinks can be found. There is no display case for bakery items. Cup collection is limited. Bathrooms were not well cleaned. Not a cozy place to work or hang out.
