Going to shop at 5am. Doors was closed for entering,only drive thru. I'm on semi truck tried walk in window because I can't drive my semi. Was refused for service. Rude service. Never back again.

The only reason I have a two star review was because the service was friendly. Inside there was one man running around doing everything while the others sat and watched. I ordered a Viente Iced Passion tea with 3/4 coconut milk and 4 stevia. I order this frequently and have never received a drink so chunky or low quality here. There is hardly any milk at all.

I went to this coffee shop today and ordered a salted caramel frappuccino, and instead of a frappuccino, I received a glass of colored water with ice and some whipped cream and no caramel. It's disappointing and frustrating!!! I suggest to those who love coffee to avoid this coffee shop!!!

I like Starbucks but this location always seems to make their drinks and food with a sloppy presentation . I ordered my favorite potato chive egg bites from this location this morning and I was the only person in line . It took them literally less than 1 minute to cash me out and hand me my food from when I ordered . This is how my food came out looking when I received it . I paid 6.27 plus a tip for this .. I have had no problem with this at any other location but this one . The lady also said not a word to me when I cashed out and gave a tip. Were they even cooked and why does it look like this . Plus no fork and I had to use my hands on my way to work. Not what I was expecting based on the picture on ur website .

The staff at this Starbucks is very friendly, and it’s conveniently located just a 4-minute detour from the highway. It stays open until 11:30 PM, which is perfect for late-night travelers. After a tiring day at the Cascade Shopping Mall, we sought coffee to help us through a 3-hour drive. This Starbucks is one of the few between Portland and Washington that stays open late and is easily accessible from the highway.

Pleasant greeting upon approach to counter. Clean and inviting space. Green ice tea lemonade very refreshing.
Always go through the drive-through but today I ran in with my toddler to use the bathrooms. Instead of just telling me the code, Jordyn looked at me then my 4 yr old daughter who’s doing the pee dance and asked if I planned on making a purchase. I’ve been a gold card member for 15 years and I spend enough money every week that asking to use the bathroom and being treated like I’m a squatter or something… mildly offensive.

Less than 24 hours after my birthday, I went to go get my birthday drink. I had already been having a horrible day and I was feeling very down and awful about myself and I went to redeem my birthday drink and they said it was too late it had not even been a full day. I have been a customer for so long and I spent so much money there and you can’t even give me one drink on my birthday I’m literally Sobbing in my car, so thank you so much

So I be there today on my break because is close to my work and I order 3 drinks and I coffe cake. My white mocha drink is not testing good at all I order hot chocolate too is not flavor on that either and my coffee cake is tasted burn and I call for let then know how is my order and they tell me come back now with the drinks and the coffe cake and I can replace for you.. I can't comeback because i working or ready.. plus the ladie answer the phone is so rude.. I never come back a these location
