I barely get Starbucks but because I was getting food next door I thought it was a good idea to get a drink while I waited. I’m the only customer in there, I take a second to look at the snacks. This lady with short brown curly hair ask me what she can get me, off the bat I can tell she’s not having a good day by the tone of her voice, I gave her a heads up I don’t really know what I’m doing, she just looks at me annoyed. I ordered a large hot white mocha and a cake pop. The whole time the vibe she’s giving off seemed miserable and she hates her job (I don’t blame her I know most people don’t like there jobs but no need to be rude to customers). What really ticked me off was when she just threw my cake pop on the counter and said “cake pop” with attitude and walked away. The whole experience sucked, the only redeeming part was the man that gave me my drink said have a nice day. But I will not be coming back to this store, and I hope other Starbucks employees aren’t this horrible at other stores.

This morning, I placed a mobile order and when I got to this location, they couldn't find my order. Once we figured out that it was at another location, they immediately went to making my order. THEY KILLED IT! Tyler and his crew were AMAZING. They even got my customized drink correct. I have since favorited this location in the App so that the wrong store is never selected again...hopedully.

I waited too long to write this review. Most of the time when i order coffee here, they give me HOT CHOCOLATE instead of coffee or coffee that tastes like water. The only reason I was still coming to get coffee at this location was b'cuz its the closest one to me. But then I had to drive all the way to Safeway to get coffee at their location. It's a shame that Safeway employees who work at Starbucks make the perfect coffee each time but the actual Starbucks baristatas don't know how to make them. I will not be returning here anytime soon. Employer, please teach your workers otherwise your gonna lose more customers. My friend also stopped coming here. She said she's not gonna risk taking that chance and also goes to get coffee at Safeway.

Hi friends. May you please shake the “shaken espresso” that i order in the future. Aerating the beverage really does change the quality and taste of the beverage. Young girl refused to give our sbux drinks even with mobile app receipt. I did mobile order at their location on phone and the app tagged it as other sbux location off forthplain. I patiently waited and went to get my order and younger barriers was Rude and Not Understanding after we waited through drive through and I showed mh mobile order she said your at wrong sbux you Need to drive to other one 15 min away!!! I go to other sbux new one by Walmart the STaff says why the heck the other sbux couldn’t just make your order that’s what we do cuz it happens all time customer orders and it tags another sbux. ALL sbux are corporate not franchise so give the paying customer what they ordered. Maybe managment here needs to retrain their staff.

This location seems to really have their management & all staff on a High Level! Their service is Excellent! Very welcoming to everyone & Excellent drinks & food alike! I have changed locations 3 times since moving to Vancouver & this may be the New place to be! Great Job, to Everyone & Thank You!
