Opposite, this location of Starbies! Ever since they had the automated plain brewed coffee machine serviced a couple of weeks ago, the temperature of the coffee that comes out now is not that hot! They must have set the top temperature lower. If hot coffee doesn't come out when It is supposed to be actually hot, you need to recalibrate the machines, please! Please check on the temperature of the automated brewed coffee maker!

Drive thru took awhile.. They need better communication and it would also help if employees knew what they have and dont have before we are done ordering..

Why aren't you calling out the drinks when they are ready? I sat there for a while wondering what was going on until I walked up and saw my drink just sitting there.

Omg Sheela is phenomenal. This location is by far the most welcoming and efficient Starbucks I know. She and her genuinely friendly team actually walk the dining room and check on customers to see if they would like water and make other suggestions while keeping the place so neat and clean. Thank you for sharing your contagious smile Sheela!!

I’ve had multiple interactions with the store manager at this Starbucks location, and unfortunately, they have been consistently negative. She often comes across as rude and dismissive, and her tone when speaking to me has felt snotty and unprofessional. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect and kindness, and that has not been my experience here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service at this location.

Vary aggressive tip request on drive-through. My $3 coffee, the lowest option was $1, or 33%... yikes!
Decided to give this Starbucks one more chance before writing it off entirely. Well after today I’m done with this place. Once again I paid for a drink and didn’t get the drink I ordered. Today I went for a trente peach green tea lemonade. I saw it on the screen clearly, made sure to check that it was right. I got my food (asked for sriracha but they never put it in there ever at this location), and my drink. Got on the highway, took a big sip and it was just straight up green tea. Vile. How do you mess up an iced tea drink? I ordered one of the easiest things on the menu.
Couldn’t turn around to go back. Won’t be returning to this Starbucks ever again, and honestly at this point why go to any Starbucks at all. Wanted to treat myself and ended up wasting my money. Ick.
no free water and no bathroom unless you are a paying customer? hey starbucks. check yourself before you wreck yourself.
Just treated myself to a drink and whoever made it needs a promotion because it was bomb🔥
Worse Starbucks I've ever been in. I'm 79 years old with prostate problems. I rushed into the store to use the restroom before placing my order. The restrooms were locked and I quickly asked for the code. I was told I had to order first to get the code, I told them I have a Starbucks card. Her message was repeated again. I left the store and will never return to a Starbucks. I retired upper management, I understand the issues that Starbucks has created for themselves, however, some common sense could have gone a long way. My card is already cut up. I'll just support the local mom and pop coffee shops.
