Very bazaar experience here.Ordered on app and picked up at store. No greetings when I walked in, it was fine I guess. I found my drink but no food, they didn’t even ask for my name to help my order like what I used to so I I eye contacted the employee stood behind the pick up desk, weird silence… alright, I guessed I needed to wait.Then the girl brought my food to the pick up desk, as the only customer waiting there holding my drink apparently waiting for something, still she just put it down and left. No single word among 3 of us. I had to grab my food and finished at a table.While I ate, I saw the guy walked out of their counter and handle over the food to a Caucasian woman next to me. Speechless. Just described what I saw.I left, still I didn’t hear any “bye” or “have a good one”.I feel sad to see this happen.

I love this location, all the employees are seriously the sweetest! Even when the drive-through is backed up and they're crazy busy, they always have a second to wish you a good day with a smile :). Plus their drinks hit everytime, I've never had a miss with all the skilled batista's here!Only downside is the dining area inside is quite small compared to other locations, with a tiny parking lot to match. So maybe don't pick this store for any type of sit-down meeting, but it's perfect for grab-and-go coffee!
