I recommend this Starbucks as the staff are friendly and gave me tips on what to do in Vancouver Washington as I am not from here. I had been treated poorly the Starbucks at Commerce Center and walked the short distance to this one for worlds better service! Thank you for the great advice.

Today I ordered a venti iced white mocha and shortly after I left, I dropped it outside while on my walk back to work. I went back in to order another coffee and was told they would remake the drink for me on the house! Jake and Rainy were great (as always) and I really appreciated the generosity, especially since it was not their fault, it was completely mine. This is my store and will continue to get my coffee from this location. :)

Coffee doesn’t taste like coffee anymore. I used to love the banana bread here and now it doesn’t taste good, it seems Starbucks is going down in quality, at least for me.

Coffee was terrible. First sip made me sad knowing it wouldn't be an enjoyable beverage. Tasted like the grounds were reused. Hate getting bad coffee and I think Starbucks needs to seriously consider their sourced coffee beans they just keep tasting worse. I like my espresso fresh tasting and this no longer is that.
