Our favorite Starbucks!! - mainly because Sabrina took the time to ask about our order and then taught others how to make it. She waves at us at the drive thru even when on bar.
A new one is opening near my house - I really hope she transfers so I can go there instead!!

I have never had a bad experience at this starbucks until today. i ordered my usual a venti strawberry refresher lemonade w/ xtra base which the always make exceptionally. i got to the window and the girl handed me a grande and i had said im sorry i ordered a venti. she scoffed rolled her eyes and turned around and handed the drink back. the guy making my drink proceeded to through my drink in a venti and shove a bunch of ice and added a little lemonade. i paid for basically ice at this point. it was so nasty and i have never interacted with such a rude worker. do better and be kinder it’s a lemonade for goodness sakes. i recall her name was Sabrina. Very rude and very unprofessional, i would never talk or act like that towards a customer or anyone in general.

I've been coming here almost everyday for years, And the morning staff here is excellent!! Honestly they are on the ball everytime ! Can't say enough about the customer service always upbeat !

Google Maps said they were open until 9pm on Christmas Eve. We arrived at 8:40pm and they were closed.
Fast and efficient
Went to Starbucks to grab coffee, waited in the drive thru for ten minutes went to order my coffees no one took my order. I waited five minutes still nothing. Pulled around to the window lady said she was busy. So I have her my order and the coffee's that I ordered were burnt really bad. Will not go back to the 192nd Starbucks.

The barista that was working the evening of 8/22/25 at 430p that was making the drinks (dark shag hair, tattoos and piercings), worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. She had brought over the drinks I had ordered for myself and my son, who was also with me, I said thank you and then mentioned the cup of ice I had ordered as well (just wanted to make sure it wasn’t forgotten about) and she gave me the snarkiest look and said yeah I’m getting it with the rudest attitude then comes back with my ice, sets it down and said here’s your ice with a real stern voice. Like whoa I just asked about the cup of ice. I then proceeded to say thank you and nothing back just the back of her head as she’s walking away. No eye contact, no have a nice rest of your day. I’m just shocked and honestly perturbed with this location. Not sure I’d come back to this location if I knew she was working there. Not Starbucks mentality with that hire. Try again.

Uniform NOT OK Went in to ask for a manager was given a run around for over a month and a 1/2 Still 3 months later nothing has been done all I asked was if I could have a Starbucks card.
With some drinks on it so that I could be Compensated for my losses, A little they said that they would not do that. How can a company this big? Not hand you a card. After they knew they had problems with their lids and were spelling on people. I will never use Starbucks again. I have told everyone I can and they agreed. That was not right. The management was terrible. They never called me back. All they did was Dodge me i even told them i wont put on a negative rating if i can get some kind of compensation they didn't seem to care.
