The barista that was working the evening of 8/22/25 at 430p that was making the drinks (dark shag hair, tattoos and piercings), worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. She had brought over the drinks I had ordered for myself and my son, who was also with me, I said thank you and then mentioned the cup of ice I had ordered as well (just wanted to make sure it wasn’t forgotten about) and she gave me the snarkiest look and said yeah I’m getting it with the rudest attitude then comes back with my ice, sets it down and said here’s your ice with a real stern voice. Like whoa I just asked about the cup of ice. I then proceeded to say thank you and nothing back just the back of her head as she’s walking away. No eye contact, no have a nice rest of your day. I’m just shocked and honestly perturbed with this location. Not sure I’d come back to this location if I knew she was working there. Not Starbucks mentality with that hire. Try again.

Terrible management. I gotta drink while I was going to work. Well, come to find out from two of their employees that the lids. We're having problems staying on the cups. Not only from myself but other customers. My drink spelled all the way down Me and well i guess i dont have to explain had to get through my 12 hour shift dealing with a dirty i Uniform NOT OK Went in to ask for a manager was given a run around for over a month and a 1/2 Still 3 months later nothing has been done all I asked was if I could have a Starbucks card. With some drinks on it so that I could be Compensated for my losses, A little they said that they would not do that. How can a company this big? Not hand you a card. After they knew they had problems with their lids and were spelling on people. I will never use Starbucks again. I have told everyone I can and they agreed. That was not right. The management was terrible. They never called me back. All they did was Dodge me i even told them i wont put on a negative rating if i can get some kind of compensation they didn't seem to care.

You can't just go in grab a cup and go for even just a drip coffee. You now have to wait at the end of the counter ,they used to pour turn around and you were out the door. They have made going in a big waste of time. Just worried about drive thru and mobile orders now.

I go here almost everyday. Sometimes because staff changes so often, my coffee can taste a little ... watered down. But for the most part, it's pretty consistent.
