I come to this Starbucks quite frequently, at least three times a week or I did, today I was served burnt house coffee that I couldn’t even drink. It was horrible. On top of everything the barista didn’t even give me my change back or even offered me my change back after I paid for my drink, which was horrible as I said. So this will be the last time that I go to this particular location since this is the first time I’ve ever been served old coffee and we’re talking at least 3 to 4 hours sitting, absolutely horrible experience

My experiences at this Starbucks location have been deeply concerning. Over an extended period, the store’s manager, Brian, repeatedly made inappropriate and aggressive remarks toward me, including comments that were personal and disturbing. On top of that, I overheard him boasting about violent behavior at home and speaking unprofessionally about customers.
This environment felt unsafe and unwelcoming. It reflected poorly on Starbucks’ values and the respect that should be shown to every customer and employee. I hope corporate oversight or new management can ensure this location becomes a safe, professional place for both staff and patrons.

I go thru this drive thru almost every morning.. and if I don't get the one amazing employee Brian there to take my order... It always gets messed up.. it's very disappointing... It's not difficult to listen when sineone says extra light ice .. it's still frustrating... Then if they try and take the ice out the take the coffee out so it just tastes like oat milk... I guess I should call a head and see if Brian is working to save me the frustration.

Phewee! I asked for a delicious high-powered matcha brew and the baristas here delivered! Kaylee put her heart and soul into the elixir exactly as requested and provided unmAtchable service. Thanks starbucks!

I'm a regular at this store and have been for years. I always grab a coffee after work. For the last two weeks my order has been wrong every single day. I understand it will be fixed if it's incorrect, but this completely defeats the purpose or ordering ahead so I can just grab it and go. We're going to have to break up. It's not me it's you.
I went through the drive thru this morning. At the window, the employee handed me the POS device. I noticed that it did not show the tip screen, but the part where it requests that you enter your card.
The entire interaction seemed off, so I pulled over and checked my bank account and the transaction was over $10 for something that was supposed to be $5.
Initially, I thought I was charged for the wrong order. When I pulled back around to dispute it, the supervisor or manager told me that I had tipped the employee $5. I explained, as I mentioned before, I was not given the option.
I was refunded the gratuity only without hassle, but I thought this experience could serve as a warning for anyone ordering through this drive thru location.
