Update: they replied to me with another careless response. Starbucks changed CEOs and is now administered by the CEO behind the Chipotle E coli epidemic. They no longer allow you to use the restroom despite being on every street block unless you buy something. Even if you plan to buy something you must buy it first. Also they do not hand out ice waters. Supposedly this is all to combat the homeless!

Please do better. When I was in retail/ customer service, you always greeted the customer regardless if you’re busy or not. Friday 3/28 around 9:20/ 9:30am , 3 young ladies working, one even looked straight in my face (short, brown hair shoulder length, didn’t say a word to me.. do better ladies

Needed to use restroom really bad so was gonna go before ordering my normal breakfast sandwich and coffee. The employee told me no, the bathroom is for customers only. I said thats fine i am gonna place order but i really need to use restroom really fast. She told me no that i can order and pay then she will let me. Super shocked by this and so i told her i come nearly everyday but i will not ever come to starbucks again and happily walked out. You never know if someones stomachs upset or they been holding it. Shame on you starbucks. Also didnt get her name but she was older heavy set blonde women.

Ordered online, sat for 2 minutes, an employee came over immediately started to talk about the policy that we couldn’t stay unless we bought something. Even after explaining we’d already purchased online, she still demanded our order details. It felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t come back here.

The women who are serving I didn't like the way they treated us, it seems like they were being rude. We asked for cream and they gave us too little. I didn't want them to fill the glass, but something reasonable for my brother's coffee!! I come from Portland, but no. we come here again!!😠😡😡

Not being a coffee drinker I don't come here often, maybe once every 2 weeks, but I do buy my wife drinks that she loves. (Score big points)!! From chilled drinks to hot drinks, she loves what I get her. Service has always been top shelf, a sign of great management. Servers are friendly, professional and very helpful with giving me their recommendations. I highly recommend this coffee shop!
