I just want to thank you guys so much. I had ordered a Starbucks at a different location and halfway on the way to my destination. I realized it was almond milk and not coconut milk. I brought it into your location and no questions asked you remade it for me. That's what I call customer service! Thank you so much!

Terrible. Says they are open and have 2 people inside and the doors are locked. The guy looks up at me, notices me AND BLATANTLY IGNORES ME. Change your hours if you're not going to be open.

Usually this location does not acknowledge you and their costumer service genuinely sucks which didn't really affect me because I mobile order and just want to get my drink and go, but having a barista just throw my food on the counter while giving me a stank face is crazy business

Went in today for a coffee, and I ordered decaf because I have a severe caffeine sensitivity. I was clearly given caffeine because I spent most of today jittery, dizzy, and twitchy. The coffee was delicious but please be sure to use decaf when asked, some people need it because they can't handle the caffeine. I guess that's what I get for trying to enjoy a coffee from a shop, I'll have to keep making it at home from now on.

After getting my Starbucks earlier tried to use the restroom and they said I had to order again. Very rude service. I am so appalled after I frequent Starbucks everyday

Expect to pay to even think about using their restroom. I am a frequent customer. In our small Vancouver mega corporations are acting like this in California. Will not be returning. If you reply to me Starbucks I’m just going to update my review with another reply.

Update: they replied to me with another careless response. Starbucks changed CEOs and is now administered by the CEO behind the Chipotle E coli epidemic. They no longer allow you to use the restroom despite being on every street block unless you buy something. Even if you plan to buy something you must buy it first. Also they do not hand out ice waters. Supposedly this is all to combat the homeless!

Please do better. When I was in retail/ customer service, you always greeted the customer regardless if you’re busy or not. Friday 3/28 around 9:20/ 9:30am , 3 young ladies working, one even looked straight in my face (short, brown hair shoulder length, didn’t say a word to me.. do better ladies
