On 11/07/2024 at approximately 5:36pm I got one of the worst coffee and service I have received in a long while. There were 3 servers, one assigned to the register. Hardly any customers, just two ahead of me, who left very quickly and were gone by the time I got to the register to place my order. I ordered a hot mocha latte with whipped cream. Took quite a while for me to get my coffee because the two baristas were just talking to each other, the comes Target’s Asset Protection employee to join the conversation. When I finally get my coffee, they don’t even acknowledge me. I left and got into my car, when I open the lid, there wasn’t even any whipped cream, and the mocha latte just looked disgusting and unappetizing, like vomit. Such poor standards in that location.

The girl remade my chai tea because it was just water and it still tastes awful. She needs a new job she is not good at hers. I ended up leaving it in the parking lot not worth it I wasn't going to get anything decent from her bummer, went to another Starbucks and as always satisfied. Whatever the girls name it was this morning Monday June 10th please get rid of her or teach her how to do her job

I for one had a fantastic experience. The baristas on Sunday morning were both absolutely delightful to chit chat with.
Update: owner response! Love to see it. I will elaborate. The two baristas were energetic and friendly and made my drink perfectly. They let me know what options I had and my drink came out quick and tasted wonderful. The two bright faces on Sunday mid morning really started my day right. They’re great employees. The whole area was spotless. Overall just a great experience and I think people like them definitely deserve recognition for being superstars and representing the company well.

She warmed my food perfectly and made the drink exactly how it was ordered. This location is absolutely the cutest! They have Halloween decor all over their little dining area as well as the napkin and serving area. 10/10 for service, speed, cleanliness and quality ❤️

I was extremely shocked by how I was treated at this Starbucks. I ordered a large drink and a cake pop for my son. When she handed me my drink I asked for a straw because I was leaving after this and feel safer when I don’t have to tilt my head back while I’m driving to drink my beverage. With a huge attitude the barista says “just so you are aware there is a sippy part on the cup”. Shocked, I said I feel more comfortable drinking with a straw. Then with even more attitude she says “well we are trying to save on plastic so…” I finally just said can I just please get a straw?! She threw it on the counter and walked away. I get being passionate about the environment, but I think being rude is not the best way to create change.
Kenzie was awesome. Great speed, attention to detail, customer engagement, and overall attitude. She was by herself and skillfully helped several customers with great service. She deserves recognition, great job!

Poor customer service, which was surprising, since we were the only customers there and they weren't busy. I was asking some questions about some drinks, and got some pretty short, unfriendly responses that didn't even answer my questions. Also, the drink I did get tasted burnt.
