I lost all hope in Starbucks drinks as they were gross all the time but this location by 711 is the best Starbucks I have ever had and won’t buy from any other one. They are always the sweetest and the most amazing team.

Omg! I have not had such good service at Starbucks since the pandemic started. I could see they were busy with people lined up outside in the drive through around the parkinglot, but when I went in, it was a calm haven with six staff members making drinks and taking orders like a well oiled machine!
And they had comfy chairs!
When I left a few minutes later (fast drink prep) the cars that I figured would still be waiting, weren't... seems they get their drive thru orders just as fast as in person!
damn, that was a treat.

Thing about Starbucks. They have the workers and.then the ones who wear masks chat w people while their teammates work , then after 10min of chatty Patty mode oh shoot they are getting busy. I better go back to work. And they start explaining to everyone one they were busy telling the customer about blah blah. So hard to watch as one culture is able to wedge their differences to enable their lack of ability to do their job and shut their jaw.

By the worst run Starbucks ever. Slow, poor customer service and over 5 minute wait for a simple black coffee. Dining room is always a mess and garbage overflowing. Needs new management.
Clean and inviting. Good location. Music was too loud to be able to have a normal conversation.

Well it's starbucks coffee, thankfully the same everywhere. This location is newer, close to home and on the way to work. The staff has been nice even when having sit downs with people for hours and near closing. I do wish caramel brule's were a year round thing but it does give me something to look forward to in the fall
