I asked for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp with a single shot of espresso. This is my go to order and I've never it seen it this white and the person put melted whipped cream on the top and decided to double cup it instead of find another can of whipped cream. This was made horribly and took 10 minutes to make. Not trained properly to know how to make any drinks. Was using a drink book to do everyone's drink and previous customer also made a comment about the drink not being correct at all.

The girl with the green hair helped me today and I got nothing but attitude. I simply gave her my order the way that other batista have repeated it to me in the past. Not sure what get deal is but definitely not acceptable. Gail on the other hand is a sweetheart!

At the end of the day don't expect to get something from the oven there. You will waist your time in the line just because they simply don't want to work (45min before closing already in "I'm going home" mode is on). That's a poor service. If the location is open then customer should get frozen, cold, warm or whatever item even 5min before closing.

Absolutely miserable. It took well over 5 minutes for each order....mine was a cold brew. Baristas we're doing side work instead of taking orders....wow!

Barista there today with the long braids needs a new job. No customer service offered. She was annoyed when I asked for a splash more of cream in my drink. She poured in way too much and it overflowed all over the counter. No apology!! I won't go back to this SBX.
