Love it, the coffee is great. There was (maybe) a mistake, they didn't ask the name for my order which was a little awkward.

Kicked out of Starbucks by manager on a power trip: Came in a week ago to take an urgent business zoom call and was quickly reminded by the manager to make a purchase. I explained that I could not leave the call and that I would buy something right after my call. Not too long after I was asked to leave. I asked the manager if she could use my card to buy something (Since I can’t leave the call) she said no! I understand the policy about making a purchase but I just needed a few more minutes. Not a polite way to treat guests especially when the store is empty:/ no wonder Starbucks are closing down stores due to poor sales. Me and my family will not be buying any Starbucks products anymore.

I came in and wanted to order my custom drink, but the staff member seemed annoyed and spoke to me in a very loud and rude tone. You can’t treat customers like that. I’m really disappointed by this experience. Maybe her name Kalane

everyrime i go to pull on here someones angry im behind them because of all tje lights ans traffic everypone only wants to go to Starbucks please park asap wjen u get in the lot to not worry about the driver behind u, rhey need to shut this locatin down will never go back

I come here all the time & usually have great experiences. The drinks always taste good & people are usually really nice but today i found a piece of plastic in my drink that i would say is pretty significant considering the size of it and the obvious choking hazard… Didn’t want to give a bad review because this one instance doesn’t encapsulate my overall experience coming here but it definitely should be brought up in hopes it doesn’t happen to someone else!
Staff is great, always friendly and know their drinks. As a regular I feel seen and known. That being said, I hope this store is providing enough staff for their customer demand. You can have the friendliest staff in the world and it won’t matter if you overwork them! Focus on taking good care of your team first and a happy team will make happy customers. :)

One of the members of staff was super rude. Clearly she was making the rest of the staff tense. My drink also contained dairy which meant they obviously hadn't read the cup properly. Thanks for not only bad customer service but for also making me ill. Learn to take allergies seriously.

I will NEVER buy from this location ever again! My 18 year old son was riding his electric scooter to work and had an accident and fell into the concrete. His pants were ripped up and his legs were ghashed and bleeding. So he went to Fred Meyer and bought new pants and then went to Starbucks to change his pants. But Starbucks wouldn't let him into the bathroom until he BOUGHT a coffee! 😡 That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! My son was injured and in need of help, and they treated him this way is very unprofessional!

The music is garbage they play. It was way too upbeat so I asked it to be changed then they played the song Never never gonna get it, then they played Only the lonely at that point I told them the music was garbage and walked out! I just wanted to have a nice cup of coffee and get some paperwork done for work but no the music was garbage and completely annoying! I will not be going to Starbucks anymore and will be posting a boycott on my fb fan page of over 5,000 people! Do better Starbucks!

I've been part of starbucks loyalty for at least ten years, and I can't have the bathroom code unless I buy something in this very store right now? I literally have a cup I bought at a different store on this same trip sitting in my trunk. Ridiculous. Supposedly a policy since January? I've never heard of that or seen it in any other location in Washington. Where. I. Live.
