This is the 3nd coming to this location and leaving a little annoyed n upset. We had ordered 3 Carmel ribbon crunch cappuccinos, and asked for extra caramel crunch. And as I was watching him make our drinks he didn’t even put the caramel crunch at the bottom of our drinks, nor did he put caramel on the inside of our cups, barely sprinkled the top with the extra Carmel crunch that I had to pay extra for. When he handed us our drinks, I asked him if he had put the caramel crunch at the bottom of the cup and he replied, yes. I told him “I watched you make our drinks n not only did you sprinkle extra you also didn’t put anything on the bottom. He ignored me and I left. When I am paying 7 to 8 $dollars for one drink I expect it to be what I ordered, not be ignored and straight up lied to. I didn’t catch his name but I can give a full description. Ordered something I believe is recently added to their menu, Honey Citrus Mint Tea. I had ordered the same thing at a different location earlier this week and had enjoyed it. Unfortunately what I was given here was unrecognizable as the same order. I'm pretty sure the person had no idea how to make it and so randomly tried to guess what was suppose to go on it. I wish the barista had just told me he did not know how to make the drink. In the end I got something that did not have any of the taste profiles listed in the title of the drink. I gave the drink back and then was immediately ignored for the next several minutes when all I wanted at that point was confirmation that I would be reimbursed. I eventually gave up and left. I would have given a 0 rating if that was possible.

Usually the grocery store Starbucks locations aren't as good as the actual stand-alone stores, but this is one of the better ones I've been inside. The barista who helped me knew what she was doing and accommodated my "half-sweet" request for a vanilla latte easily. Their selection of pastries is also pretty decent.
