I came in at 8:30am for a cup of drip coffee. The coffee was bitter and tasted like it had been sitting on the burner for a long time. Maybe baristas can make a fresh pot every hour. I was on my way to work and couldn’t return to get a refund.

I really find every employee at this location to be perfectly wonderful, but I can’t help but seem to notice the flavors of the drinks/syrup has been vastly reduced while the price for a Chai Tea has risen to $7.50 before tax. I am upset with the company, not with this location or any employees. Starbucks continues to increase their profits and revenue while raising the prices in a poverty stricken economy. I doubt their store employees have seen a 20% raise in wages to match the 20% increase in price…

There’s a promotion that says $1 off holiday drinks. I asked the baristas about them, they said they don’t know about any promotion and charge full price. I show them a sign that’s literally in front of their face, and they tell me they don’t know and need to talk to their manager.. And of course they also got my drink wrong. Smh..
