Poor kid working alone with a line out the door, people being awful and rude because he is forced to do the online orders as they come through also. He was patient, respectful and kind the entire time the Karen in line was being awful and condescending. You are going to lose this great employee if you don’t find someone to manage your store correctly. Do better Subway.

Incompetent employees. Online orders are in writing. All the toppings and sauces were put in the wrong sandwiches. I can’t even figure out how that could happen when it’s a typed out order.

Store is supposed to open at 830. Was 11am and not set up. They were just opening
Ordered bacon egg cheese 6inch. Was told 1 egg on the sandwich. Web site and past orders have 2 eggs.oven not on so would have to wait longer. I left

I really hope management pays attention to my review and all the others and implements some changes. Every time I come here there seems to be just one guy working, always the same guy, and he seems very burnt out. I always order online and wait ten minutes after it says it is ready before I leave the house. Yet, it has never even been started when I arrive. That’s a total wait of about 45 minutes or so. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. Frequently out of ingredients. Love subway, this is by far the worst location I have ever been to.

Bread is nothing like it use to be the bread was dry and felt as if had been toasted a few times. I had to point out to the staff the tomatoes looked bad i refused service. I at some where else

This is the most pitiful sandwich I have ever gotten from Subway. This flatbread is barely toasted, they barely put any meat, they didn’t add parm cheese or creamy sriracha. The workers there didn’t seem to care about their job or pay attention to detail whatsoever. Hands down DON’T recommend this subway store!!

Toby and Ryan are fantastic. Very sweet, fast, and professional. This was probably one of the cleanest subway locations I’ve been to. Love there charisma, kindness and overall attitude. Very nice to my daughter.

This Subway used to be great, within walking distance of my home and the staff is always friendly I would come here usually multiple times a week, however recently every time I have gone in there, there is always something wrong, from the toaster being broken, or they are out of multiple ingredients, once or twice would have been understandable but now it is the majority of the time I come in, definitely a failure on corporates side for poor management of the machines and inventory, definitely not blaming the staff at all, however I will be looking for new lunch options from now on

1st time visit since new mgr., Jocelyn. Struck by major clean-up, so commented to her. She's efficient at multi-tasking, making me a great Club sandwich while prepping more bread to bake. She said she's focused on improving the appearance, still a work in progress. I'll be back.

Sam was killin it when we came in. Super speedy, and great convo. A total vibe the whole time he was making our sandwiches. WAY better than the time a year ago we came in. Will definitely be coming back after tonight’s sandwich run. Keep it up Sam!!
