The food i got was very good and nicely made. However management needs to hire more people at this location. It is not fair to the one employee working to make 20 sandwiches by themselves when it is very busy inside. There was another worker who came out from the back but he stood outside on his phone and did not help the girl working at all. I felt very bad for her, she was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service despite seeming stressed.
She went so light on the veggies on veggie delight sub... And you want how much for a sub.
My favorite Subway in town. Good people working, product moving, and clean.
It's a Subway with great workers and a clean space. It gets a 5-star not because it's world class or the best there is; rather, because I've never had any issues at this Subway and you get what you're expecting. The downside I can think of is the parking/location. Just cramped and oddly located, but none of that is within their control.
Whoever is handling the online orders needs to pay more attention to the actual order. Ordered an Italian bmt with American cheese l, mayo, little lettuce,olives, salt/pepper,oil/vinegar. And the sandwich I got was an Italian bmt loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and no olives or mayo whatsoever and the bread was so stale it's rock hard. It's not hard to follow simple instructions but apparently it Is for this subways workers.

I got a foot long turkey, and I barely had 3 pieces of turkey slices on it, and they were shredded edges. So not even full pieces. Then I said heavy pepper light salt.
My sandwich tasted like the damm ocean, and my bread is ALWAYS hard. I know I know, stop going there, but I always try and go back to this one as it’s so close to home, but it’s a nightmare everytime, plus it’s always dirty/sticky :/ and your gonna wait a hot minute. Whatever “ready time” your app says, add another 45min-1hr.
This subway is excellent. My sandwich was made to perfection. It was a bit hard for the gentleman working the counter to close, but he managed it with precision. I enjoyed my sandwich very much. Well done.
Went to use drivethru. It’s closed but thankfully a nice young man came to the window and let me know I needed to come in to get my sandwich.
I used the app to place my order. It was nice to be able to wait in my warm car for my sandwich to be made and then just go in and grab it was ready. The employee working there was very polite and helpful.
I am not complaining i know you’re busy but i tried waving to get your attention went and grabbed my takeout order and walked out without you noticing me with it, it’s already payed for, i ain’t stealing my own purchase just hope next time i visit i ain’t assumed a villain lol
I don’t know if this guy is the manager but he’s done nothing but complain to every customer about them ordering wrong. Every person who has ordered more than 2 sandwiches he’s complaining. He’s had three people walk out since I’ve been here (45 mins for 9 basic sandwiches). Normally I’d cut people slack but I used to work for subway during the height of $5 foot longs and we averaged 130 sandwiches an hour during rushes. He’s made less than 20 this hour and has complained the entire time. Not coming back.

So i orderd on the app and there was a error on the app bank says it charged me i called the store it rang twice they hanged up called back again and they instantly hanged up so there goes 30$ and no food great customer service. Not sure what to make of this situation.

I was in on 10/08 in the evening. The food was great, but the guy that was working with the pink in his hair was super unhygienic. He didn't change his gloves, he shook his hair out over the food counters, and jumped over the side of the counter to get out instead of going around and let his shoes touch it. Not to mention he seemed short with his coworker, and exasperated with customers.The girl that was working was awesome, but that guy makes me not want to come back.

This review goes to the higher ups and managers of this place! Left a new employee all ALONE on his 2nd day of training… I placed an order as a COSTUMER not DoorDash not a delivery person getting paid as a costumer! At 11:20 AM went to pick up when it told me it would be ready at 11:45am… the poor new guys had a line of people and online orders he couldn’t get to cause he was all alone! I waited and got my order at 12:35 a 40 minute wait 40 damn minutes of my time. This is not on the 2 workers there it’s on the hire ups. I didn’t even get up to argue with the 2 employees or rush them due to the fact it wasn’t their fault! But looking through the reviews on here there are many 1 stars.

It reminded me of why I quit going to subway. Food is borderline edible do to being stale, expensive as hell. 3.50 tuma sandwich 11.00, and taste like cardboard.

Went in to get some sandwiches and halfway through making my sandwich I noticed there were quite a few gnats flying around in the food area. Pretty gross.
Still ate the food. Will update if I get sick.
