Expect to wait 40minutes after your pick up time. There is always only 1 worker at this location for dinner. I've seen them tell people that they're not taking walk in orders atm because they had so many online orders to make. Hire more people for this location

I work down the road by fredmyers and on my lunch break I went to subway and stayed 40 minutes in line because I was hungry and just when it was my turn the man working got on his phone and started texting mid sandwich build and didn’t switch out his gloves and got back to work and it was too much time spent just for him to pull that bs they take forever and are gross

Walked in and no worker in the store. Called out a few times no answer. Had a few teens make a comment he’d be back maybe in the bathroom. Very odd to walk into a business and zero workers up front.

Subway has good food, but for delivery orders I've had multiple occasions when the orders were incorrect and calling to was useless. Manager never returned call. So, I avoid this location.

This subway put MAYO on my sandwich when i know for a fact that i did not put mayo on my order. I called TWICE to ask them for little lettuce and little olives. They don't even take special requests on door dash so the only way to special request would be to call, and every time i have called they have not answered. Either their phone is broken, which is a problem that should be fixed, or their employees are just lazy.

Placed an order online with the subway app and went to pick my order up and the store was closed. Called and got no answer. Went to a different subway to get what I wanted. When I went back to this subway to see if they were open, there was a sign on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience we will be opening at 2p. At this point someone was in the store, I got their attention and requested a fund back on to my CC. They wanted to still place my order but by this time an hour has already past. I just wanted a refund and was told I would get one in the next 24 hours.

The food i got was very good and nicely made. However management needs to hire more people at this location. It is not fair to the one employee working to make 20 sandwiches by themselves when it is very busy inside. There was another worker who came out from the back but he stood outside on his phone and did not help the girl working at all. I felt very bad for her, she was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service despite seeming stressed.

It's a Subway with great workers and a clean space. It gets a 5-star not because it's world class or the best there is; rather, because I've never had any issues at this Subway and you get what you're expecting. The downside I can think of is the parking/location. Just cramped and oddly located, but none of that is within their control.

Whoever is handling the online orders needs to pay more attention to the actual order. Ordered an Italian bmt with American cheese l, mayo, little lettuce,olives, salt/pepper,oil/vinegar. And the sandwich I got was an Italian bmt loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and no olives or mayo whatsoever and the bread was so stale it's rock hard. It's not hard to follow simple instructions but apparently it Is for this subways workers.

I don’t know why this subway specifically can’t get it together.
I got a foot long turkey, and I barely had 3 pieces of turkey slices on it, and they were shredded edges. So not even full pieces. Then I said heavy pepper light salt.
My sandwich tasted like the damm ocean, and my bread is ALWAYS hard. I know I know, stop going there, but I always try and go back to this one as it’s so close to home, but it’s a nightmare everytime, plus it’s always dirty/sticky :/ and your gonna wait a hot minute. Whatever “ready time” your app says, add another 45min-1hr.
