The counter where the food choices are was very clean all the choices were full it was very pleasing to the eye and everything looked delicious! There was a good variety of meats & toppings to choose from and even some new items. The staff was kind and courteous! The store looked great I was really impressed and my sandwich was delicious 🤤 I was there around 3:10pm to beat the dinner rush. I highly recommend this subway on Front Street in Evanston WY! 5 stars!

Rude woman was too busy talking in back room when I knocked on the glass she came out literally threw my sandwich together rude comments and just overall unpleasant. Come thru this area often driving but I'll never spend money here again. Maybe customer service classes need taught regularly.

Everytime I come in here the lady that is working is just, bleh if thats how to put it. Shes always complaining about the job and always criticizing the customers and other workers. One time I came in and she was even talking about adult talk while there were kids in the store. If you guys know what I mean. Between her and her husband. Most of the time I come in here its a mess. Tables are usually messy floors are as well. Not only that but she takes forever to help the customers. I belive her name tag said Shelby.
The young lady who works here as well is also very snobby. I have video proof of her coming in just to make her and I assume her bf sandwiches and a drink without even paying. Today Dec 21st I seen her come in and she went behind the counter and didnt have uniform on or anything and made food for them. As the man working was trying to make the group of about 6 people's sandwiches. She didnt care. The man working had told her she cant do that and that he had a group of sandwiches to do and she didnt care she wanted her food more than she wanted the paying customers to get theirs. I believe her name is Payton.
Like I said I did get a recording of what she did today but I just dont know how to post it. Ive been coming here for a long time and I think im going to stop coming when these two ladies are working. I personally dont think they should work here. I think a lot of customers can agree with me they are disrespectful and dont really do what they get paid to.

Stopped by for a to-go sandwich because it’s right off I-80. Wasn’t expecting much given the ratings but this place was immaculate. New and clean facilities, spacious, and the server Jason was awesome and deserves a shout. Super fast, super friendly, made a fairly complex to-go order accurately, and actually stuffed my sandwich (didn’t skimp). Probably the best Subway I’ve been to!

When you place an order online and show up to a guy making your food and tweaking so hard he can’t keep his head straight for a second it’s a problem. The sandwiches all looked like he tried squeezing the life out of them. Needs new management and all new staff. And this time don’t go find tweakers that are begging on the street to make food for the public.

It just took me twenty six minutes to get a sandwich and two bags of chips with no customers in front of me absolutely ridiculous.
Employees snaked on cookies and veggies (no gloves on at that) while they made me the most horrible pretzels.

They closed (hopefully temporarily) the other location in town (at Flying J) and I was craving Subway, so we turned around and went back to this location. It was not a good choice. My BMT did not taste right, I couldn’t even eat half of the six inch. My husband’s Philly on flat bread didn’t have HALF of the meat that is regularly on the sandwich, it wasn’t even enough to hold. The two young girls working were polite, so I would assume it’s the way they are being told to make the sandwiches, not them.

Micah is an amazing employee super nice, funny, and really outgoing. He is a hard worker during our time there his boss called and he politely asked if you could call her back because he was in the middle of making our sandwiches. This is his first night closing he told us and he's absolutely wonderful at his job I really enjoyed being served by such a positive young teenager. It's really hard to find young kids who not only are good at their jobs but treat the customers right and don't get easily frustrated nowadays. So Subway you hired a good one this kid definitely deserves a raise. He is going to be a really good asset to your company. He says yes ma'am no ma'am yes sir no sir you don't see that a lot nowadays. We got two of the #31 foot long meals the sandwich is absolutely amazing. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in awhile. I think it's my new favorite and I hope it stays. Sandwiches were tossed together. The bread wasn’t cut completely. The veggies were fresh, but the store was out of provolone cheese. When I asked the employee to cut one of the six inch sandwiches in half for my younger children, it was like I was hindering her from doing her job and was a nuisance. When my older child was ordering her food, the young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes so many times I almost walked out. My ten year old daughter even asked me what the young lady’s problem was. If a ten year old can tell you have a bad attitude, anyone that walks through the door and orders food sure can. This seems to be the standard for this store, because it isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen. Such a bummer because this is a great spot for a Subway.
