I'm very disappointed in this subway the owner slash manager has no customer relations at all she is rude and speaks to you like you are stupid my boys and I went in there for lunch yesterday first thing I noticed was the sign on door we don't take coupons and there's to public restrooms wow really my understanding is you have to follow the guidelines of the corporate office subway and that's honoring coupons.To make a story short I have a problem with my 6 inch sandwich that I had ordered anyways, I couldn't eat it. I had things on it that I don't do hotness and jalapeños and green peppers are good for me so I called at the store employee says she can't do anything about it. She's gotta talk to a manager and she'll be right back, I get on the phone with a manager a rude comment was are you sure you have the right subway and really what's wrong with your sandwich? I don't see how we could've messed that up. She was not apologetic at all so I go in there with my sandwich and she fingers through it rudely then proceeded to say I will exchange your sandwich this time in this time only what kind of bread do you want see isn't this easy it's all in front of you need to tell me what you want how could anybody get that wrong? She's very rude. I didn't get one. Sorry I wasn't wanting to hand out. I pay for the damn sandwich you know I just wanted it. Right customer service goes along way with people and if you can't get that right, then you have no business running a subway

Service *Chicken salad ***. I had to ask for lettuce for the salad... one handful barely covered the bottom 6 inch hot Italian* was like a mini sandwich Flat bread chicken ranch***

Last 3 times I went in, the staff seemed pretty rude. I work at a busy grocery store ansi find it easy to treat my customers with respect.I went just now because I had a gift card. Lady was rude as well which I expected, and she made an unappealing sloppy sandwhich.If I’m in the neighborhood and hungry again I’ll definitely be ordering from Talay Thai next door. Always friendly and respectful staff and their dishes is about the same price as a 6 inch sub with questionable ingredients.Parking: Always parking spots. It’s dead there
One of the absolutely best experiences we have had at Subway. I now have a gluten intolerance and asked for my options. Our server suggested a bowl. WOW! It was excellent. From now on it will be an bowl for me, yay, back to Subway.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices, after all it IS Subway, the home of vegetable choices.Parking: 15Wheelchair accessibility: No auto opening doors but ramps from parking to sidewalk.Dietary restrictions: If you need gluten free, choose the bowl, available as veggie focus or protein focus. It was excellent.
