The two women working there went above and beyond to make a custom pizza sub as requested by my son. MAGIC!

I go here often bc it is conveniently close to several places my family frequents. They follow instructions perfectly on take out orders and they hustle. I really like going here. I have a big family and these guys can handle our business. Some other locations act as if we are an inconvenience even though we are providing a lot of business. (Our favorite is the spicy Italian which is no longer on the menu but they still make it).

Subway needs to better train the staff. The sandwitch always comes messy. Sometimes too much maionese and mustard. Get lots of napkins, you will need them.

Horrible customer services if you don’t like your job then quit. It’s not my fault you’re miserable at work don’t take that out on the customers who pay and are the reason you even have a job. Don’t be a Karen.

Specific to salmon Creek Subway, witnessed workers produce only half of a delivery order and basically tell the delivery driver to figure it out when they had a question. Turned around and left without ordering.

Subway needs to train their employees to have better customer service. I just went into pick up an order that I put in online and got the worst service I have had since the last time I have been there. Some of the employees are rude for no reason and act like they are doing the customers a favor. I won't be going back to this store again.

It's subway. What could go wrong? We were treated very nicely, and the staff was playful and kind.

The lady working at the front was more interested in her personal phone ringing and just rushed with my sandwich drenching it in sauce and just threw veggies on it basically , she also didn’t even cut the sandwich even.

The only sandwich place I think I'll ever go. We're blessed by God to have places like these!

Terrible experience, unfortunately. I completely understand when a business is busy and there are long wait times, this wasn't the issue, however. There were two employees and one of them was not helping as the order list grew longer, the other order opting to eat a cookie behind the line where customers could see. There was a half-eaten sandwich on the counter in front of the kitchen appliances (are these people not getting appropriate breaks?), which we were willing to overlook. However, we received our sandwiches, all of which we paid extra for, and they were wrong. Two of the sandwiches had no sauce to speak of and I could count the individual slices of lettuce on my own sub. The other three were similarly lacking in vegetables and there was hardly any meat and quite a lot of cheese. We called the store to explain and were told we could call tomorrow to speak to the general manager and promptly hung up on. * And still, this could have been overlooked! It was finally getting ahold of SOMEONE, after three days of hunting someone down who could help us (a general manager that doesn't work on the weekends???), we finally got ahold of the owners. They only offered to refund our deluxe meat (a total of six dollars? At best?), and when we declined and requested a full refund, we were told no, the best they could do was a 20-dollar gift card. Unfortunately, we also declined as that didn't even cover half the bill. The owner then told us we were freeloading since we didn't return the food (which, mind you, would have been thrown in the trash anyway), and if we had, we would have been given a full refund and a remake. *See above why this could not have been done. The owner told us we were giving his wife a headache and refused to help us further. Will not be returning, I'm sorry. P.S. The owner just texted me (inappropriate...) offering the same thing again as a 'kind gesture'. :/

Blonde female worker was outside smoking for 15 minutes. I saw her when I walked in to get my food and stood there like a bunch of others who were clearly unhappy. She didn't even bother to wash her hands - which is one of the many things the Washington Health Board is going to hear about.
Not only was it 15 minutes late, but it was also made incorrectly. Who the heck sticks the sandwich in the toaster AFTER the veggies? Now there's wilted nasty lettuce.
Want to know the real kicker?
She wiped her gloved hands on her pants during the sandwich making process and contaminated everything. Only dine here if you want to get covid and wilted lettuce.

Edit: she shorted me 2 of the 6 cookies I ordered for our family picnic. Hope she gets fired. Can't even make a sandwich or count cookies right.
