UPDATE: I tried to give this place a second chance and ended up leaving because there were two people in front of us yet to order and the kid spent like 10 minutes making one sandwich. We left for another location 7 minutes away because we’d be able to drive there faster than we could get anything here

This is the best subway in the area. I’m sure the workers would appreciate it if they had more staff for the entire dinner time, but that is not their fault. Everything I’ve gotten from here has been perfect & that’s what matters to me. Thank you for your service 😊

I normally dont do reviews but iam getting tired of them not answering the phone. They mess up my order the last 3 times . This time I ordered double meat and did not get it. Why have a phone if your not going to answer it. I cant just come right back have to be at work . I am normally nice about mess up and let it go. But really tired of it. Someone needs to get into that subway and get things straight.

Just got our mobile order home only to find all three sandwiches done incorrectly. Bread was wrong on all three, the ones supposed to be toasted we're not and the one that wasn't supposed to be toasted got toasted. Tried calling the store several times to see what happened. Maybe the bread we all wanted was out or something. But there was no communication at pick up acknowledging that bread was not what we ordered. Hoping my leaving this review I'll be able to get a hold of a team member or manager. Not cool. Especially since sandwiches were $11-14 each. Terrible service....

OLIVER is the best employee this store has, he was working by himself on a Sunday night and the store was absolutely packed, one customer keep talking to him about nonsense and Oliver was so respectful and able to converse with the customer while also caring for other customers, he truly is a start employee at this subway and should NOT go under appreciated by any means. OLIVER ! OLIVER ! OLIVER !

Horrible service! Horrible employees! Wrong food! Fool me once, I’ll give you another chance but twice??? These employees don’t even get up off their stools they sit on in the back when you come in. You have to say…HELLO??? And they can see you’re standing there. We went back and weren’t offered ANY kind of compensation. NEVER AGAIN at this location. If the owner even cares or reads this… they don’t care at all either. We should have been given our money back. Especially, with the attitude WE got from these children that work there.

2 guys on the line decided because i did an online order that my order shouldnt be started until i walked into the door 20 minutes after i ordered the sandwhich... nit sure why online ordering is a thing if they dont treat the order like a customer walking through the door when it comes across the screen. How hard is it to say welcome in ill be right with you while u catch up on the influx of orders.

Only stale white or wheat bread was available, the cucumbers were freezer burnt, and the person making my sandwich dumped so much mustard and mayo on that it poured out while attempting to eat it. I was only able to eat half of a foot long because it was gross.
