I walked into the store to place an order and was refused service because he stated he “had 4 online orders he had to complete” and if I wanted food I would have to wait 20 minutes for him to finish

4/10/25 around 12:30 just got there for my lunch and this gentleman was making a sandwiche for someone else I waited patiently and when it was my turn he just starred at me didn’t say a word, so I started ordering with wheat bread and he proceeded to tell me rudely “there’s only white and chedder” and stared some more like I was supposed to know that, just over all rude and disrespectful. I watched him make a couple sandwiches after me for some nice lady’s he was smiling and apologized for not having their bread. I’m not sure why I was treated this way, worst subway experience for sure. Reading other reviews tells me this gentleman has done it before.

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time in a row we have received an incredibly incorrect order! Is the store understaffed, or inept??
Our last order was simple. My husband and I each ordered a sandwich that we have ordered before. We took a gamble ordering online because of mistakes in the past. What we received was the the opposite of we ordered. We both have intolerance which made.it impossible for both of us to.eat our food.

First of all, the phone number is disconnected; i was unable to call and complain about my online order. Second, my wife and I had very simple 6 inch sandwich orders, and both were completely wrong. This also isn't the first time; i don't like to complain online... I find it distasteful, but after multiple issues with this subway, I have to say something. I don't want to be upset with the employee(s) on staff because I don't know if they are over worked or not; I'd rather make this complaint with management. Especially since this has been an ongoing issue.
Do better, subway! I'm tired of getting sandwiches that have my allergens in them when I make it very clear in my order.

I went here Feb 18th at around 11 am. This may have been my worst Subway experience ever. We walked in and a gentleman was making our sandwiches already. My wife approached the counter and said We have an online order. The man didn't say anything. Instead he continued to make the sandwiches. My wife sat down after grabbing napkins. I got up to get the sandwiches because I noticed he had finished making them. As I approached the counter he pointed at the bag on the counter and said it's right there. I said thank you. It's much appreciated. He turned around and started working without saying anything. After opening our sandwiches we noticed that he had mixed up the meats on the sandwiches as my wife wanted turkey and ham and I ordered just turkey. I didn't ask for it to be made again or complain because the person was so unapproachable. I won't be back to this location.

I am extremely disappointed to be typing this because this particular location is the closest to me and it used to be my favorite on Mill plain but the past few months have really left my with countless negative experiences. First off the portion sizes are EXTREMELY minimal, I felt like I was eating more bread than anything. This is the only location I've had this issue. The service has also gone downhill, never more than 1-2 people working and they are never even friendly or god forbid cordial, wait times are always very long. The last woman who made my sandwich quite litterly looked like she was on drugs, eyes darting all over the place and at the beginning of my order I specifically said NO onions (due to an allergy) and as soon as we got to the veggies I get a HUGE pile of onions basically thrown on.. something else I observed is anytime someone does a mobile order it's never ready on time and they might as well just have been in line with everyone else. I would advise anyone reading this to only go to this specific location if you are really in a pinch and have no other options.

Came in for lunch and all the employees were very nice and efficient, accurately busting out a long line of customers very quickly. Management definitely did a good job hiring people who have great attention to detail and excellent personalities.

Ordered a cheesesteak combo on white bread w/white american and it was very tasty - they melted the cheese just right!

Macayla, Kristina, and Amy are all superheros!

They location was clean, and the employee was super hardwork and friendly.Everyone in line felt bad that she was all alone with orders piling up via the walk in customers and online orders. They owner / manager should consider supporting their staff on busy evenings. So much money just walking away, cuz of an Inflexible staffing model.Kudos to the hard working employee.Perhaps the salaried manager could come and support the hourly employees when the rush comes in at 8:00 to 10:00.Think I'll have a word with corporate about this.

I ordered on the app for my order to be done by noon when I took lunch. I had set it up for curbside pickup. The app told me it was ready before I even showed up. Once I arrive I had to go inside due to the app not working. I go inside to get my order and it hasn’t even began to be made. I did not receive my order until 12:20 so I was waiting for 20 minutes inside when it said it was already done at noon and was supposed to be curbside pickup. I then had 10 minutes to drive back to my work and eat. This is not acceptable. The app should have not said it was ready when it was not.

Christina, an employee at restaurant #24950-0 13521 se 3rd Way Vancouver WA 98684, was extremely RUDE when I went in to get a sandwich today. I told her what bread I wanted and what length of sandwich I wanted ... she just stood there looking at me like she was trying to prompt me to say something else. So I proceeded to tell her what cheese I wanted and that I wanted it toasted. She said, " Ok, lets try that again. What can I get for you?" At this point, I was just annoyed, so I said, "A Sandwich, that's what you do here right? I can go somewhere else if not" She said "that's ok, I'm not the owner". After a 5 second stare down trying to decide what I was going to do next, I repeated the bread and length I wanted. She again stood there looking at me like she was trying to prompt me to to say something else. She then said "and what do we say next?" She then makes the sound of the letter P... Then I realized she was trying to get me to say Please! She was not going to get my bread out of the cabinet until I said Please! I was so shocked at that kind of bullying that I said it! She gave me a big smile and gets the bread out. Classic Narcissist !!! And then proceed to start from the beginning again, asking me what size do I want. When I told her what cheese I wanted for the second time, she got annoyed with me, asking me what kind of sandwich I was getting "because not all cheeses go with everything". I told her I was getting the Vege Delight and I wanted cheddar! She gave me another big smile and says, "oh, ok". I told her I wanted all veges except peppers and onions. She replied with "no onion and peppers?" Questioning my choice. She then proceeds to put veges on my sandwich... she get to the green peppers and grabs a handful. I tell her no, I don't want any peppers. About this time a family comes in who she apparently knows and they start chatting. She grabs a handful of onion and again, I tell her no. She looks at me annoyed that I interrupted her conversation with the other customers. She does the same thing with the banana peppers and Jalapeno peppers. She slams her hands down on the prep counter and looks at me with an accusing attitude and says, "You don't want ANY peppers or onions?" I gave her my "MOM" look letting her know I had had enough of narcissitic attitude! She put way to put vinaigrette on my sandwich and wrapped it up. Again giving me a big smile and telling me to have a good day.
