I Order two sandwiches and I picked it up curbside got home. I usually only really get sauce and meat cheese bread, but olives and pickles are usually what makes my Sandwich, I got home and it was bread, some meat, barely any cheese and that was it. There was a handwritten note that said out of pickles Olives and mayo sorry mind you this was curbside and no one said anything to me. I’ve tried contacting absolutely anyone. No one will get a hold of me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t think I will ever be going back to the subway might as well not go to any subway.

Very disappointed they’re out of almost everything even the employee was telling me not to order things because he doesn’t know how they’re making it without certain ingredients. Not a good experience for me.

I walked in the door at 9:47 pm (I know I was cutting it close) but the doors were unlocked and they supposedly close at 10 so there was still plenty of time to make 1 sandwich. The employee told me they were closed and I noticed everything was still on the line uncovered….

Today I went there and 4 pop machines were closed out. No lettece no ham no bologna no other 2 meets. They had along sheet telling customers what they were out of.
I go there because it is close. I left and drove 10 minutes away to get a sandwich. The management is doing a lousy job. They are losing customers. 2 other customer walked our as well

We waited over an house for 2 sandwiches. The employee decided to take his break while we were inside waiting on our food. Then proceeded to come back in and make other orders that were not in the building.

I love this subway it’s nice and updated. Quality of the food and the service all 5 stars. The employees are always welcoming. There is one thing I’d like to offer some constructive feedback on. I came in tonight 6/18 at 7 and I felt awful seeing only one person in there working when it’s during dinner rush. I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job! He apologized for the wait because there definitely was a wait. It’s not his fault they were busy but I used to work at Subway myself in Portland and at my old store my teammate wouldn’t usually get off til 8. Maybe there should be two employees at least until dinner is over. I know Subway isn’t really a popular dinner spot, but dinner rush is usually 5:30-7:30. With all due respect that would result in a lot more happy customers. Thank you!

They only have one person on shift alone during dinner rush (super awesome guy, working his butt off, I hope franchise owner gives him an attaboy for the commitment n hustle). But 40+ min wait for a sandwich is insane work.
Obviously management needs to care more for their employees and customers.
