The girl Leilani or whatever her name is, short, with short black hair, scammed my coupon and said it didn't work and proceeded to "throw it away" and failed to give it back when asked. The coupon didn't expire until 12/12/24 and I could've used it at a different location if it didn't scan at this location. Poor customer service and will not be returning to this location again. I don't care if I have to drive farther to get my subway. Also sloppiest sandwiches I've ever gotten from subway.

I think the 2 girls working did a fantastic job working as quickly as they can. However, I think the owner is HORRIBLE for not scheduling them enough help during rush hour.
I came in to pick up my sandwich that I placed in the morning and to be scheduled to complete at 6:30pm, and it was not even worked on. The lines were long with people ordering, and there were people coming in to pick up their sandwiches that were not even started.
SHAME ON YOU, OWNERS - these girls also admitted it's their first time, and I sympathize because I've been in their shoes before. I think they are doing a wonderful job.

I ordered 2 subs for pickup. I arrived exactly on time, there was no staff in sight and the "toasted" sandwiches were already cold. One of them was The Boss, which includes meatballs and pepperoni.i added extra cheese and onions. But when I got home and opened it up, it had ONLY meatballs and onion. NOT EVEN ANY SAUCE!!! super dry, and missing more than half of the ingredients.
Every time I go here, there's some sort of issue.

Placed an order online, drove there and waited for it to be marked ready. As soon as it was, went to go inside and found the doors locked. Employee inside told me they were closed, refused to give me the food sitting on the counter and refused to help me get any sort of refund. Have tried to contact Subway corporate but zero response.

Went in to grab a sandwich and seen only one employee working the online orders. One person in front of me three people behind me. Stood 10 minutes never was even acknowledged. Uber eats came to pick up an order and the sandwich maker said it will be at least 10 more minutes because she is finishing up online orders first. Well that made five of us potential customers walk out. If you can’t employ enough people to take care of customers then shut your doors it’s pretty simple. I know times are tough.

Went to the 162nd and forth plain location at 730pm on a Wed and they were closed. Could see workers and food in there but the doors were locked with a hand written sign saying closed. Supposed to be open to 10pm everyday. Went elsewhere and won't be back.
7:40 pm and they have a paper sign with pen saying closed and it wasn't even showing the correct way and the doors unlocked and all lights are on and so are the open signs are I walk in to get told they are closed and just waved me off. Super unprofessional as I used to work here 3 years and this is a big reason why I left. This store has disappointed me everytime I go in.

I work as a delivery driver and every time I come to this place it never has my customers' orders ready this place puts delivery drivers last, I walked in first, but they started serving a customer who walked in after me, I always wait more than 10 minutes just to pick up a f sandwich, they have 2 employees working at daytime and still late prepping sandwitches this is embarrassing for Subway company! Delivery drivers stay away from this Subway bad for business! I've overheard employees whining about serving so many customers at once, bad atmosphere, rude employees.

This subway messed up on my delivery order the delivery driver had no idea what was going on. When I went to call the subway it says wrong number. Super irritating especially when paying 20 dollars extra to not go in and order
At this place Subway has only 1 employee making all the sandwiches for both couriers and customers, while 1 employee making 2 sandwiches for customers the courior is waiting for 1 employee to make 2 sandwiches for 2 customers and 2 sandwiches for courior the curior has to wait long time just to wait till 1 employee finishes serving others, on top of that couriors have to wait in traffic, wait in stop lights go thru stops, bumps, pot holes on the roads while on delivery, Subway Co. needs to hire more employees to work on making sandwiches. This is redicolous!

I can't truly rate the food because they've only successfully served me once in almost a decade of trying to occasionally visit. They're always understaffed! It's impossibly understaffed. I've worked at a Subway before (many years ago) and have eaten at Subways my whole life and this one is so, SO poor in comparison to others. I can say the lobby is clean, but that's. Because no one ever actually gets to stay and eat. Either figure out why you can't keep staff on or close up shop so something better can move in.

Did a curbside order ,had to go inside after waiting in my car for 15min, and when I got home the sandwiches were skimpy and was missing ingredients I paid extra for so I'm very disappointed. Everytime I oder ahead they don't fallow the prompts. I paid for avocado on 2 footlongs and neither came with so now I'm out $4 extra I can't get back

I've been to this location multiple times with zero complaints! tables and floors always clean . the drink stations are always tidy. I've encountered the employee Jordyn a few times, and she's always helpful and friendly. My sandwiches are never made sloppy or incorrect. The back kitchen never looks dirty or any issues that would make me want to write a bad review about. highly recommend this location and friendly, quick employees.
