The $6.99 any footlong sandwich is deceptive af! Want to feed the fam? You can only order 1 sub for $6.99 each day. Won't even discount 1 of the 3 sandwiches I wanted. Just wrong. Just saying.

I’m not even the type to leave reviews but I just ordered off the subway app for delivery I never received my food literally told me that my food got returned. But on the subway app it has the nerve to lie and say it was delivered at 4:17 when on the DoorDash tracker it went from 4:22 to 4:28 to 4:32 then to 4:38 then finally to your food has been returned. Should be a real simple fix except you guys have your phone set to busy so nobody can call your location and ask for a refund. I need my $36 back asap I feel like I just got robbed.

All I want to do is order a sandwich to pick up but it’s dead or they won’t even acknowledge me….i don’t like to give poor reviews I just want to order a sandwich. Why is it so hard to simply order a couple sandwiches for my family over the phone to pick up? Do you not have internet or a phone jack? Anything at all so I can just talk to someone?

I walked in and the lobby was empty so I said hello (admittedly not loudly). No response so I walked in further and called out a little louder, the woman stormed out of the back started yelling at me for "being rude" told me she can refuse service to anyone for any reason and then told me to get out. I told her I had an online order she rudely demanded my name, shoved my order at me and told me to get out as she continued to berate and yell at me while I was walking out, including name calling. After this experience I will NEVER go to another subway again. Furthermore my sandwich which was ordered with a (regular amount) of Sriracha sauce was literally soaked in a pool of it when I opened it and was completely inedible.

Came in this morning on November 13th around 8am and immediately as the worker with brown hair started helping me she was giving me attitude, she said “what do you want” upon walking up to her, she then told me she “couldn’t deal with me” and proceeded to walk away she went over to the register and started messing around with the screen, I then sat down and waited for her to be ready for me and she never asked me if I needed assistance, I left around five minutes of not being helped. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Hubby and I were dying to try the new ghost pepper bread.
We both got a tuna.
Didn't catch the guys name that was working, but we were there at 330 Sat, the 26th.
Anyway, he was so nice, engaging, and made a damn good sandwich.
Since the location downtown closed, this has been out go to store, and so far, we've loved it every time.
Thanks guys!

Placed a online order took the money from my account went in store they said don't have it it's pending showed it was not pending still don't have your order nothing I can do. She was EXTREMELY rude and incredibly unhelpful.Then while I was standing there trying to fix it or figure it out she rudely says either get in line and order or leave. So I left and I definitely won't be back again. It's a new day where companies can take your money and not give you anything for it.
