Came into store and had a coupon for 2 subs and I asked the guy behind the counter if I can get 2 subs but one would be 2 different meats showed him the coupon and the guy said no problem we can do that. When time came to pay the lady at the register said oh we can do that it’s different subs. Why not tell me you can’t do it from the beginning so I don’t waste my time and money.

They don't take coupons or anything on the web, you can't put an order online if you have one of those special promotions try a different Subway

Did a online order and went to pick it up and staff didn't even say hello and looked mad that people where there . Didn't help us for 10 min and got home and the sandwich was all squished and they didn't even read the notes about the sandwich of the instructions . So the sandwich was all wrong . Wont be going back there . Should have keeped the target one in hazel dell open . At least they made sandwiches correctly and where friendly .

I would give zero stars if I could. This location does not wear gloves. All theee employees were behind the counter with NO gloves. I watched her grab tomato’s and pickles with her bare hands. YUCK!

I really like this location. But there is a red head who works there she has no personality and my sandwich is always sloppy if she is the one who makes it. I keep coming back though because I owner rocks.

Its exactly what i expect from a subway. Cheap yummy sandwiches, but i notice this particular location closes early often enough for me to question the hours listed. Showing up over an hour before close doesnt feel that close to lock up.

The male worker cross contaminated the receipt paper and the food and then touched his hat and didn’t change his gloves once. Then the person doing online orders and the worker started yelling at eachother for which sandwhich was which. I walked out, what a joke. I was too afraid to get food poisoning after watching him make other peoples food for 30 minutes of waiting. 0/10

I come to this Subway five days a week and have always tipped. The Latinx woman that is always curt at this location and identifies herself as the manager declined to allow me to have all the jalapeno's I want. I do not get all veggies which I could. She says she can apply six but all staff including herself have always gave me my desired amount. She declined to charge me extra which I told her I was happy to pay because she doesn't have a button to do so. This is her problem and subways problem. Because of her behavior coupled with her attitude I will never go back to that store. Most subways in Vancouver,Washington have already closed and I am afraid for your company you should expects her next. I I asked her to charge me more or she would forfeit the sale and she threw my sandwich away. I do not have before work breakfast and I wasted my time coming here. I will not be back.

Go down the road to Jersey Mikes insanely slow service staff move at snails pace don’t even spread your toppings out just tossed in the middle. Swear it took a half hour to get food even when only one person in front of us.

One of the staff was wearing a subway jacket full of cat or dog hair. Totally unsanitary for preparing food and much less work around sandwitch station. The staff that made my subway was courteous and professional. Just the cat hair was the problem.
