I order this place multiple times and this time is very disappointing. I always get tuna sandwich and I order a foot long today. I remembered that it was usually 4 scoops but today was only 2 scoops. I thought maybe it was a bigger scoop or the policy was changed so I didn’t ask anything. Went home and it was barely any tuna on the sandwich.

Stopped by for lunch with the little one, lady with the purple pink hair completely if ignored us even tho we said hi and hello as we walked in and didn't even say hi I'll be right with you or anything. No acknowledgement. You can check your cameras for yourself. We stood there for about five minutes before we decided to leave. She looked completely absolutely miserable to be there. The way she was pounding that bottle of sauce and wrapping that sandwich.

Went there and had them make a sandwich only to be told the couldn’t break a 100 dollar bill and the girls working laughed about it !! Very poor customer service not going

Been craving for weeks, just had left a interaction that was less then desired an need a pick me up so time satisfy that craving. Store was ghost town minus theater staff an that always give a weird vibe. Service was great, sadly wrong sauce on it, which I caught b4 it was to late. She did the best she could to fix it as I don't think it should b totally tossed. It still was delicious an Thanks for putting up with my jabber jaw that was a distraction cause for the sauce mix up. Still have my craving tho so I'll b back soon an hopefully get my dream sub
