Customer service needs to learn how to listen better

Went there on Tuesday, yesterday. One young girl always roll her eyes as if she doesn’t want anyone to come in. Saw her twice and still give the same attitude. Need more training.
My family and I went in today on 4/29, and there was a young girl all alone. We seemed to totally inconvenience her when we ordered, as we were ordering a couple more people arrived in
The whole time, she was rolling her eyes, talking under her breath and slamming things. I understand being alone may be overwhelming, but the way she treated us was horrible, I was fine about it until this disabled guy came in he was so sweet, but she was so rude to him. It broke my heart how he was treated.
I told her I understand you may be overwhelmed, but when you work with the public, you should always be happy. I work with the public and know how tough it can be, but doing your job in a compassionate manner is the key. I would recommend more training and maybe another person at night with her.

I stopped in this morning for my lunch break to pick up my order! Service was fast! Food was delicious and the lady who helped me was super sweet and so friendly! Definitely will be coming back to this location
Dietary restrictions: If you’re on a diet restriction there’s plenty of options for you, such as if you can have bread they’ve got salads even gluten free wraps! Must come in and try soo yummy
Parking: It’s a busy complex during the busy hours of the day but they’re so much parking in the lot!
Kid-friendliness: Altho they don’t have arcade games, they’re a friendly environment for kiddos to be in! Everyone at this location is super sweet!
Wheelchair accessibility: For my friends and family who have a hard time walking and or in a wheelchair this location is right in front of the ramp! It’s a straight shot in the door with plenty of accessible tables for you to sit at

I understand that businesses are facing challenges, but maintaining respect for customers and providing quality service should remain priorities. Tonight, I observed a situation where a single employee was handling both in-person and to-go orders. While I understand they were busy, I wasn't initially greeted. However, my primary concern arose when I witnessed the employee handling a to-go order receipt, touching the order screen, and then attempting to handle my food without changing gloves.
I politely requested a glove change, which was performed, albeit reluctantly. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue at other locations. I believe the pressure to fulfill numerous to-go orders is compromising food safety standards. Not every customer will notice or address this lack of proper hygiene.
I don't intend to blame the employee; they are likely under significant pressure. However, I believe management needs to address this issue to ensure customer safety and maintain high food safety standards.

Go in there to get a sub to enjoy for dinner and the staff couldn’t even get a simple thing right as simple as toasting the bread subways need to good they have poor quality now and suck time to start eating else where smh

Ice machine has black mold. Puts black pieces in the cup gross.
Out of everything. Didn’t want to check in the back. Very small portion sizes. You can tell the workers don’t take their job seriously and look up happy to be there. And the food didn’t taste fresh to me.

It was fine but I’ve been to some better subways but this one is good.
Out of everything super small portions employees not knowledgeable. Didn't Want to seem to make any sandwiches. And didn't even know what went in the kids meal. We will not revisit this location nor any of our friends good luck.

On multiple occasions I ordered for delivery, the last two resulting in having to change my order because the store didn't have what I ordered. Which is aggravating because it was meatballs and they really push this item. I didn't have another option because I would have to wait ten days for a refund. The store manager contacted me but had zero desire to make it right. This was actually quite embarrassing for them because it reflected a total lack of appreciation for a customers willingness to give the store a second chance.

The new churros was horrible not even sure it was cooked
On 15 Feb 24 I order two foot long turkey sandwich witch came to $14.11. I also asked for a cookie for my grandson. They said no because you can't use two coupon. It said on the coupon free cookie with any purchase. He still said no. It was at store #159. 8084 e mill plan bob Vancouver 98664. This is the last time I will come to your store.
