The new churros was horrible not even sure it was cooked

On 15 Feb 24 I order two foot long turkey sandwich witch came to $14.11. I also asked for a cookie for my grandson. They said no because you can't use two coupon. It said on the coupon free cookie with any purchase. He still said no. It was at store #159. 8084 e mill plan bob Vancouver 98664. This is the last time I will come to your store.

One star for this location only. They consistently have had the worst customer service of any of them I have been to. I ordered on their app and arrived when it was "ready for pickup" about 25 minutes later. The single employee was working with a customer when I arrived. I went to the "Express Pickup" counter and waited. When something started beeping near me, he stopped making the sandwiches that were in process and moved over the silence the sound. He then acknowledged me and said that he "hadn't had the chance" to complete my order. When I mentioned the app said it was ready, he stated that the app did not get its progress info from the store. He then went back to completing the other customer's order. That customer had an order that included meatballs on the sandwich (yes it's relevant).He finally printed the slip to start my order and then told me that he was out of meatballs, did I want something else. Well, no, I didn't.I had him cancel the order and then waited in my car until the app confirmed the cancellation. I ordered using the app at another location five minutes away and arrived to find them making my sandwiches. I don't object to him finishing the other person's order in progress but I would think that app orders would be fitted in, in between the in person orders as they come in. Not waiting until the person comes in to the store. After all, one of the selling points of the app is to "skip the line" and use the "express pickup area". I have had less than satisfactory experiences at this location before but this was the final nail. I will never patronize this location and will send people elsewhere if they ask.

There was only one worker at the time of my visit and when I entered the restaurant he was busy cleaning and promptly stopped doing what he was doing and helped me. This restaurant wasn't busy right around dinner hours so it was very quick and helpful service.

Everytime I place a mobile order it has to get canceled and I have to wait 3 days for my refund through the bank.

Called and ordered lunch, a friend picked it up. We all opened our sandwiches. Every single one was wrong. I called to let Francisca know, we argued over the phone. She said come in and bring the sandwiches back. I did, of course they were half eaten. We only get a 30 min. Lunch. So I drove down at her prompt of giving us a refund/sand which?. When I got there she opened the bag and said it was trash, I told her over the phone it was half eaten. We work hard to be able to spend money on lunch (once a month) as a group if coworkers we will no longer be spending or hard earned $ at Subway. Francisca said she knew she should not have answered the phone to take an order when they were busy. I said but you did and now we get the bad deal because you made a poor choice. She preceded to tell me my friend who called in the order did not know how to order. What a joke, I was standing next to my friend and heard her order correctly. My next move will be to see if corporate will intervene and at the very least give us a discount ciupin to go to a different subway. If not then I guess they don't need our business.

Terriable experiance at this location. My friend ordered lunch for us over the phone for pick up. All three of our sandwitches were wrong. When my friend called to make a complaint the manager was really rude. The manager ended up telling my friend to come in and the sandwitches would be remade but when she got there the manager refused to make them!!!! Save your time and money and go to another location.Seriously you can get a much better sandwitch next door at Seize the bagle and they are much nicer.

I've been here many times and never had a problem but I feel like with the current problem with tipping culture. The quality of how my sandwich ends up is based on the tip I give here. Besides the sandwich, the facility is very clean and well kept.
