We carve out time every Saturday to make sure we go to the farmers market and get a week’s worth of bagels before they sell out! Bagels are real good, so much better than store bought. Great to find out they make the crust at Blind Onion too!
Absolutely delicious bagels. We get them at the downtown Vancouver Farmers Market on Saturdays. I wish they had a retail bakery so we could purchase their bagels year round even when the farmers market is closed!
Even though the front deli is closed for a while, the wholesale bakery factory in the back is still open!!! If you get there before 10:30am, you can still get the best bagels in the world. I also love their mini calzones, garlic knots, and their perfect pizza dough-already flattened and ready to top and bake.
