Subpar sushi; not good, not exactly bad either… decent prices I suppose…

dealbreaker territory from here on out: to be frank, place is filthy… there is no way the transparent plate covers are washed between use properly… hostess was kind yet I was turned off by her speakerphone situation while she was sitting less than ten feet away wiping off the aforementioned transparent plate covers and stacking them up for reuse (without washing)… she was also popping her gum quite audibly… all in all not a horrible experience and I wasn’t fully disgusted yet this was about as low as the bar goes for me without going off on a tangent… won’t be going back

Food is pretty good, and the staff are very nice. However, the last time I went, I looked up from my food to see one of their employees staring at me while blatantly picking his nose in front customers, before proceeding to collect some dishes.
I didn’t say anything to his face at the time because he’s an older fella but still, it’s very gross nonetheless and I hope he isnt somebody who is handling any food…..

I got a take out order last night. I got all the way home and my order was wrong. When I called I got no where. I drove all the way back and showed them my order. At first they said it was right, but then the rude man that worked there said something his language to his co worker with the word salmon in it. I then said yes the salmon roll is wrong right. Only then did he admit the order was wrong. No discount, no coupon and no apologies.
Then when I finally got home to eat it the sushi was not even good. Save your money.

Food is good. Service is horrible. Employees are rude and annoying. There is no customer interaction, no welcome or bye thank you. Not only that but they are EXTREMELY LOUD while conversing among themselves like I can’t even enjoy my food while listening to the employees basically yelling at each other across the room the ENTIRE TIME.

The sushi is ok. But, I do have my favorites.. including the black pepper seared tuna roll... mmm.. delightfully spicy.

Delightful converbelt service, attentive servers, and easy cash out. Also, great price for the food!

Definitely worth checking out. Parking is super easy and in close proximity to many stores ans the Van Mall.
