Food is good. Service is horrible. Employees are rude and annoying. There is no customer interaction, no welcome or bye thank you. Not only that but they are EXTREMELY LOUD while conversing among themselves like I can’t even enjoy my food while listening to the employees basically yelling at each other across the room the ENTIRE TIME.

Delightful converbelt service, attentive servers, and easy cash out. Also, great price for the food!
Definitely worth checking out. Parking is super easy and in close proximity to many stores ans the Van Mall.

Yikes! Super unsanitary. The plastic domes covering most of the food was caked in layers of greasy fingerprints. Didn't look like any get washed. The waiter stood and ate alongside the chairs. He shouted across the room with his mouth totally stuffed with food, while standing over someone else's meal. I hope I don't get sick from this place.

We really like this place, for our family of five or even for a date meal. Sushi Factory is conveyor belt style so we have choices and can find exactly what we want and or order it. My children love to grab the fruit bowls along with favorite rolls.

Called in an order. Get there and was ignored for 10 minutes while they sat the men that came in after me. Finally, get order. Take it home and the order was wrong. Not sure what we got. Food was off color and tasted funny so we threw it away. Person who said he was the owner said that they had fired old staff to clean up issues but that was the dirtiest and poorest service that I have ever had here. Won’t be returning.

Sat down with my girlfriend and her friend, we all had a mediocre at best experience. The first 3 rolls I grabbed were stale. Even the Wasabi tasted off and was discolored as if it sits out. I woke up in the middle of the night and vomited. All of my dishes were imitation crab or shrimp based, because everything including the avocado was off color. I typically am not a fan of conveyor belt sushi, but ive had a lot of experience with it. This place is very bad, a new standard of bad potentially. Needs new management and a new staff. Pricing was ludicrous considering we didn't eat half the plates we grabbed.
Kid-friendliness: The very first thing we heard on the restaurants radio was talk show hosts making crude jokes and advertisements. Also cleanliness wise I don't recommend for children.

We called in an order for pick up. When we got there, we were completely ignored. When we pointed out that we were waiting, a person who claimed to be the owner told us we weren't there and hadn't been waiting. We finally managed to get our food, and the order was totally wrong. Not only that, but the salmon in some of the rolls was a weird color. We weren't able to eat any of it and will not be back.
Everyone that works here is so nice, food was great and about as fresh as you would expect from a conveyor sushi restaurant.

I am usually pretty hesitant to leave a 1 star review but I have been sick for 3 days since eating at Sushi Factory. I didn't eat anything Raw or undercooked. I had a Vegas roll (fully cooked) and a Red Devil roll which also contains cooked shrimp and imitation crab. If the food is handled properly and held at a safe temperatures these should be perfectly safe to eat without risk of food born illness. I regret eating the two sushi rolls because I was sick within 12 hours of eating there and have been since. The food didn't taste fresh and even the made to order Vegas roll tasted like they pulled it from the refrigerator and reheated it the Tempera was not crispy. Lesson learned. As some of the other reviews state it's not super clean, bathrooms are pretty dirty and I will not be back. :(
