The drive-in girl served to me two sodas for me and my girlfriend that have absolutely not one ice cube in it I think that mad when I asked write three people came to the window asking me the same question and this has happened before and my food was cold

I have spend 100$ of dollars here.... They always screw up my orders!!! I never received what actually payed for. They are very unprofessional an purposely never give you your receipt so u can't go back & call them out an get what you actually are paying for!! My food is always cold & disgusting. My son literally chipped a tooth on his chulupa. The shell was so hard an stale it's beyond screwed up not worth your time or money they literally make any reason not to make it right. Not to mention. They ignore you an serve all the drive through people while you stand around for over an 1.... This location went to crap. Corporate needs to call them out.

It wasn't crowded but it took about 10 minutes to get my simple bean n cheese burrito! The beans were watery nothing like del taco! I saw nothing similar to an actual bean! The onions tasted like they've been soaked in a solution n gave off an awful smell! I opened it up to add taco sauce n it look like brown smear! Yikes! What happened to this wonderful establishment? I'd rather get some rosarita canned beans n tortillas n cheese n real onions n make my own bean n cheese burritos at home! It's over $3.00 for this horrible mess! I'm done with taco bell!

I think it's really really funny. you guys are open. you have workers doing nothing, they know they have an order that won't be picked up because there's no drivers and they know a customer is probably calling to cancel and guess what they choose to do? play dumb and not pick up at all. great service.
