Ordered Door dash. Wanted non-dairy. No cheese no sour cream. My recipient printed on the bag was 100% correct. The food itself had 100% of the dairy I ask to be removed.

I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce and there was absolutely no red sauce and they did not give me my Cinnabons. DO BETTER!! This is exactly why I don’t go to this Taco Bell but I ordered door dash and that’s the one they went to.

The restaurant has really turned itself around. Fast, accurate, and friendly. Big change from how it used to be. We used to drive to hazel dell for taco bell just to make sure we got what we ordered. Store has changed for the better for sure
Spent an hour waiting at the drive through just to be told that they are only accepting pick up orders…. And something about DoorDash. Would have been nice to have been told prior to waiting in that line for a long time… or maybe they could have posted something on their app? ended up reversing out and saw a tiny sign talking about the inconvenience, pick up orders, etc. that was posted AFTER we complained about it…

Im writing this because I had a bad day and taco bell was on my comfort raider. I ordered online and was greeted by the most positive happy spirited queen (i dont want to misuse pronouns) turned my whole day from awful to smiling and laughing about my experience with him on the way home. 10/10 customer service better doesnt exist As far as my food. I got a crunchwrap with basically no meat in it. I had to add something in i had at home for it to have any protein. So that was a real bummer🤷♀️
The Mexican dude was helping me at the register handled money even change and then never changed his gloves I made it well known to the lady that he was handling food after cash and she just said okay someone else will make your food. But she didn't require him to change the gloves and handled somebody else's food. Absolutely disgusting and how people get so sick. I'm pregnant and diabetic so I don't get to indulge very often I was extremely upset.

I live nearby so I come all the time. This is my fav location, the food is always really good!! Other locations have bad food, I only come to this one. I will say they need to clean tables & soda spills better.

100% of the time you go to this Taco Bell they won’t have something you want. Every time I go for breakfast if I don’t get there before 1030 they say they’re out of eggs. If you press further they have eggs but they haven’t made them. This Taco Bell is notoriously lazy and won’t do their job time and time again.

Pick a different Taco Bell - it’s not worth the time. I’m never coming back. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and I’ve tried it multiple times over the last year, but they have messed up every single order. Literally EVERY time they do not get it right. These are basic - rarely edited orders. Order on the app or in person, it doesn’t make a difference, it’s always messed up. They forget items most of the time (so far they have missed cinnamon twists, cheesy bean and rice burritos, multiple tacos, and always hot sauce) They even skipped putting beans in a bean burrito. More than once. ? I give up. I’m embarrassed for trying so many times over the last year. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different one. It’s not worth it.
