Holy cow, are these guys turtles. They are sooooo sloooowwwww! Also, they are supposedly 24 hours, but their menu sign shuts off at 4am. Make it make sense. It seems the "manager" is still learning how to manage.

It's like the grocery store. I have to bag my own stuff and now I have to scan and bag my own stuff and bring my own bags 🛍️... Sooner than later they're going to have us stock the shelves

Who ever working night shifts around 2am and 4am can never get a order right and it’s literally crazy that this happens every time
My experience with Taco Bell hasn't always been the best. I don't like to complain about everything, but every time I buy from Taco Bell, I always encounter some problem, although I never leave a review. However, this time I will.
In our order today (Store ID: 030834, Order Number: 345), which included 8 steak chalupas, I can say that 4 of them had very hard tortillas. It seems they made a mistake with a previous order and reheated them for us, as they were extremely hard. If you live far away, it's difficult to return them to get a replacement. It seems like there's no supervisor to ensure the quality of the food. It's really frustrating to pay $61.00 for something that's not in good condition.

I went here for lunch and there was an unsavory atmosphere to the cafe. By evening I was hungry enough to return committed to ordering a burrito. A man confronted me declaring repeatedly that he was the manager as I continued to wait over twenty minutes for my burrito. The statements he made were stalkerish and proved only that while I was looking through the menu, observing the atmosphere and entertaining myself on my phone he was judging me closely yet unaware nobody is happy after they eat his food. He managed to upset me even before I found out it wasn't made “to weight” or proper. He just said he saw me earlier and I needed to go. I told him I was a customer. I showed him my phone with the time saying food ready twenty minutes ago. He refused to provide his name for accountability. I would absolutely fire that man immediately and retrain his staff. Expect litigation over the harassment; discrimination.

It takes over 35 minutes to get my food on a non busy evening. I was waiting for a cashier most of the time, I don’t really give bad reviews but this place was so slow. Only 3 people ahead of me and we all were waiting. Also to add all the workers were just talking to each other not helping customers. I’m not been a Karan at all I’m just shocked at how long it took
