I have tried the fries there 3 times. I thought I would try them there one more time. They weren't even warm. They were gross. It makes me not want to go to this restaurant anymore. Management you need to make sure your employees get rid of the old fries. Gives your location a bad reputation

I’ve been going to the Taco Bell in the Hazel Dell/Vancouver area for about eight years now—definitely more times than I’d like to admit, lol. The staff is always super friendly, the service is fast, and my order is consistently accurate.

I really appreciate Larisa, Kenny, and the manager Shannon. They always make sure my vegetarian order is fresh off the grill and exactly how I want it. It’s rare to find that level of attention and consistency at a fast food spot.

Thank you for always fulfilling my appetite—especially on the days I’m too lazy to cook. You all rock!

At this Taco Bell, you can only order fr9m a kiosk. I opted to pay cash. I placed my order and saw a confirmation and waited. After about 10 minutes I asked if my order was received and was told yes. I waited 10 more minutes and asked again. That's when someone told me I was supposed to pay directly after ordering. Initially, there was no one at the counter to take money, so I didn't realize this. To make a longer story short, it took 25 minutes to get my food. What a cluster. I wasn't the only one affected by this whole I was there. The same thing happened to 2 other groups.

Left me sitting there for 10 minutes. Menu board was completely black but I couldn't order through the guy on the speaker because he kept mumbling and sounding like he was just walking away. I tried to order breakfast and he said they don't serve breakfast until 7:00 a.m.?!? (This was 5:30 a.m.)
