The staff is non stop disrespectful in the back and cursing non stop to each other. Talking about customers.

Well normally I would rate Taco Bell a 5 but this time it was HORRIBLE. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes. Neither of them had any sour cream, one was all over the bottom of the bag, the seconds meat was fried to burnt bacon. Who ever heard of baon in a taco??? YUCK YUCK YUCK đWill not be going back any time soon

I went through the drive-through around 9 oâclock ordered my food the lady in the drive-through her name was Amanda she was smug and rude. She closed the window on me before I had a chance to ask for my sauce packets that they forgot to put in the bag. She seen me and still kept me waiting for a good 3 to 4 minutes. When She finally open the window, she said that will be all for you today!! I replied with oh OK well can I have my sauce packets? Amanda gave me a big sigh and tossed me three then closed the window again. I wouldâve Amelia preferred more maybe even a couple napkins but I left. At that point I was in shock so I called and wanted to speak with management. I spoke with Kayden told him the situation he responded with. Sounded like she did her job. She gave you your sauce packets she didnât force you to drive away. you couldâve waited to ask for more, I told him I wasnât happy with his service either. He told me to go ahead and complain to hire up but inform me nothingâs gonna come of it! What has happened to our customer service???
Took my nephew. He loves the diritos taco, mind you, he IS 12 y.o. and can eat about anything. He says they are crunchy and delicious

There is an overwhelming smell of urine when you walk into the restaurant. Had to walk out and go somewhere else.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell thanks to the exceptional service provided by Bryce. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by his friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude. He took the time to patiently listen to my order and made sure to accurately customize it to my preferences.
Bryce's communication skills were top-notch as he clearly explained the menu options and made helpful suggestions based on my preferences. He went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared exactly how I wanted it, and it was delicious!
Overall, Bryce's customer service skills were outstanding. He was attentive, courteous, and truly went the extra mile to make my dining experience enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to Taco Bell again, thanks to Bryce's excellent service. Thank you for a great experience!

Worst experience at a Taco Bell I have ever had. I wish anyone wanting food from Taco Bell go to a different one. If this is your store and youâre the manager/owner you should be ashamed. They forgot about my order and when I said something I had to leave. They wouldnât give a refund they told me I had to wait to get it remade I canât get a refund. I didnât have time to wait around I had to get back to my work. Just terrible
