ordered 1 classic stacker in the app and it said it went thru amd the order was being made so i went inside to get it and rhan 10 minites later the order was still being made for one classic stacker thrigu the app while the drive thry pepple csme and wernt they wont even do to go orsers in tbe app if its busy at the drove thry why lie and say its being made if u omly got the order if tbe app said order recoeves and hot being made i wouldnt hace webt in again but never will use the app here at this location

The staff were very friendly even though the rush was crazy and people order a lot of food at once. There was a slight wait but it was worth it! Food was warm, well made, and shows that you guys have a good team. I appreciate you guys!

I usually get really upset, becuase for the longest time 19 out of 20 times that I would go to any Tacobell in the last 3 years the refried beans particularly on my bean burritos were, DISGUSTING! ALWAYS dry and crumbly, horrible couldn't even eat it. My family would hold out hope that this location, or this time would be different. And we were so disappointed everytime. But recently over the past few times, it's been so much better, the beans are fresh and creamy, and delicious. They've been doing so much better, twice the food has even reminded me of how it used to taste in the 90s, Amazing. The only other issue Is the normal fast food mess ups, missing or messed up order items.

The food is fast and they have only messed up my order a few times. I go here all the time since it's very close to home. The food costs more then it should for the quality of food sold. It's about the same as any other Mexican fast food place. It use to be a lot cheaper and was why I ate there a lot. Now I get a burrito almost double in size for about $1.50 more at Don Pedros and quality is somewhat better there. Nothing against Taco Bell, there's just better places to go for same price. Bring back cheaper food and your business will increase.

Seems like the only times I decide not to check my bag before I leave are the times when they can't put the whole order into the bag. So now, Im gonna sit at the window and check my bag in front of them EVERY TIME. I don't care if there's a long line and I'm holding it up. I'm checking off every item I ordered in front of you so when something isn't in there, I don't get all the way home having trusted someone who can't fill one simple order to find out half the food is not there.

Went August 2nd around 11pm and a girl with red hair and a star tattoo behind her ear was working the drive through. She was extremely rude to me. I checked in with my mobile app and I got a free item so that popped up on the screen. After I chose my item the screen didn’t go back to the menu so I told her I couldn’t see the menu to order and she got major attitude with me and told me that the menu hasn’t changed. I told her I didn’t have the menu memorized and she got even more attitude and said to hurry up and order.

The guy at the drive thru was the best! The food mediocre but his customer service 5 stars!
My order was not made as ordered. The order was correct on the screen, but the kitchen did not prep it accurately. Nacho cheese was added to everything (which was removed per order. Tomatoes were on everything, no cheese on items where shredded cheese was be added. No chipolte sauce was added.
We were also charged for the extras we did not receive.
