It’s hard to rate “fast food” restaurants. You must keep in mind that they’re not “fine dining” establishments. 5 stars at one is a completely different experience than 5 stars at the other.That being said, this particular location is one of the best in the area!The staff is always friendly. The counter, tables, and drink area is always clean. More importantly, the food is always fresh and tasty.I struggle to give any establishment 5 stars across the board barring something extraordinary. Which lands this place just shy of 5’s. I give the Atmosphere a 3 simply because it’s very “corporate looking” and not because it’s unpleasant in any way. I strongly encourage Management to find ways to personalize each location to its neighborhood. Maybe have art depicting local history.tldr; Definite thumbs-up when you’re in the mood for the Bell! ?

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Second time I’ve come when they should be open and no one acknowledges you at the drive through or window. They just ignore you even though it’s well after opening hours. If they are running late and need a minute they should just say that and not keep people waiting for nothing. I will never go back to that Taco Bell after these experiences. The morning girls should be fired.
They made a mistake on my entire order. When my wife called, Olivia the manager told her to come in and said they would replace the order. When we went there we were rudely questioned and treated like we were lying. Olivia even denied talking to us on the phone. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to an enemy.

Best food I've had at a Taco Bell. Nice portions, well made & not a mess. Now, the attention to customers is a different story. The pace is slow. They may not even know you're standing at the counter. (Fortunately, I was served quickly. I then watched the next 2 customers actually yell into the back in order get someone to help them, because they both had been waiting patiently for a couple minutes.) They definitely did not have a bad attitude, just seemingly unaware. As a matter of fact, their personalities were quite pleasant. I watched all co-workers interacting in very positive ways. Store was clean, bathroom was not, and the store was a bit chilly.
