went they the drive thru around 130AM ans my food just 1 beef chalupa and a strawberry cream freeze. My food was ICE COLD i live 5 min away so dont know how food can get that cold so fast. Also NO BEEF in my BEEF CHALUPA. My strawberry cream freeze has more cream then stawberry. Tried calling right away and no one picked up. Wasted $11 for this meal 😒

Good job Taco Bell. Asked for 2 hard tacos no meat replaced with black beans fresco style (which I always get) and these were beyond flat. Basically a shell. Not happy. Should had known better to go to the Salmon Creek location. Never good. Go to Hazel Dell, you won’t get served this kind of meal.

Baja blast tasted like there was no syrup, no one knew what I was talking about, 3 different people asked what was wrong before someone barely understood. I used to work at a Taco Bell and I know for a fact you guys use those cardboard boxes of syrup and connect the soda hose to them. I let them know they needed to fix it/replace the syrup and they directed me to just try to get Baja blast from the front lobby machine (I’d come in via drive thru) but that machine also needed it changed, and no one made any effort to actually put new syrup. Ended up getting another drink, but this location is frequent for missed items and confusion and I’ll just avoid in the future. If you know a better location I’d go to that one instead

Very disappointed in the quality of the food for the price you pay. Not only was there nothing in the burrito, There wasn’t even any ranch sauce in the burrito that it’s supposed to come with. If I had known I would be paying for a plain tortilla and a slice of chicken I would have made it at home.

This taco bell is miserably staffed. Every time I've ordered from them recently items are missing from my order and the workers are about as nonchalant and careless as they possibly can be. The staff, especially at night, are downright horrible. I doubt I'll go back to this site ever again.

Arrived to pick up my mobile order that was placed 10 min prior. Got in the drive thru and the sign said please pick up mobile order inside so i parked and went inside. Wasted a half an hour and my whole lunch break trying to pick up my order. No one would come to the counter for the first 5 min. Then they asked if I was picking up an order. I said yes. They said to sit down there were several orders ahead of mine. 20 min later. Finally I had to leave so I wouldn't be late back to work. I asked to cancel my order and when they looked up my name they hadn't even Checked me in yet. Now an back at work hungry with no lunch and frustrated.

Please stop playing music in the lobby. The speakers make the music sound very harsh and ear piercing like nails on a chalk board.
Be careful which Taco Bell you choose to go to. There are a few with disrespectful employees and continuous forgetfulness.

No napkins, no utensils which you need to eat the chicken cantina bowl. Asked for extra avocado verde sauce. Got charged for it but didn’t receive it. Very poor service.

Ordered 3 tacos combo with Diet Pepsi and side of cheesy nachos. Got to my destination, opened bag… NO cheesy nachos, TACOS WERE THIN WITH WET SHELLS STUCK TO THE WRAPPER. It was hardly a lunch and cost me $11.38 FOR BASICALLY NOTHING! The only thing they got right was my drink. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

They wouldn't allow me to add a side of guacamole at the window and they just blew me off about it and acted like it was some big ordeal. I couldn't hear the employee at the window very well who was kind of mumbly and said we don't normally take food orders at the window and then just ignored me and continued on taking orders from the drive through, no thank you no sorry.

I used UberEats and scheduled an order over two hours in advance . They canceled my order 7 minutes into the 30 minute window where I was supposed to receive my food with no warning other than the notification that it was canceled. I was unable to try ordering again due to the restaurant disabling online orders. I've eaten here a couple of times in person and the service has been slow both times. The staff seemed friendly enough, but they all were super busy. I really wouldn't recommend online ordering. If you're in a rush, I wouldn't recommend going here, but the food is good when you dine-in. The mobile ordering isn't super clear earlier. I chose the drive-thru option but they also have placards in the parking lot telling you to go inside for the mobile orders which caused confusion on my end.

Its fine, its a late night Taco Bell. This night the food was a little sub par from expectation but I ate it all. I appreciate them being open for my whims.
