Only thing I don't like about Taco Bell (and not just this one) is that you are being forced to used the kiosks and learn Taco Bell tech. Rest of the experience is fine. This may be part of going to school or work, but shouldn't be required for a food order. McDonald's down the street has these kiosks too, but don't force you to use them. Had a reward couldn't use because didn't know how to use. Guess you can try the drive through instead?

Went thru a drive-through around 11:00 PM February 27 2025. ordered food. Everything was fine. Ended up leaving and checking my bag and I thought I was missing something. came back. They gave me the item I thought I was missing. Ate the food on the way back home felt like the bag was a little too heavy for an empty food bag. I left so I ended up digging through. It turns out the food was there. The service was so amazing that they didn’t even ask questions. I appreciate them....
