Kitchen floor filthy with paper, food everywhere. Urinal had poop in it and out of order, toilet won't flush, burrito was so messy I couldn't eat it, I threw it out my car window I'm going to try my best to get health inspector to check it out. I will NEVER eat here again, I'm also a doordasher and I'm telling the customers to avoid this place

My gf and I ordered on the app on 11/16/25 around 3:30am. What we got was the best goddamn Taco Bell Iāve had in recent memory. The food was made after we checked in so it wasnāt sitting and it was all made with great portions and care. 10/10.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to their management is horrible. Take it back a week ago OK they messed my order up completely so I got a $10 free gift card online which didnāt even cover half my order but whatever fast-forward to today I go in try to order something on the mobile app and all of a sudden the app glitches out, cancel my order, and then my promotion is completely gone. I called the manager. She doesnāt wanna help me in anyway whatsoever mind you this is only $11.70 worth of food not even a big deal instead of just being kind. Let me make that for you so we can get you on your way and we hope you have a great day. No, she gave me nothing but hassle wouldnāt give me the corporate office number so I could call and complain refuse to give me anybodyās information about her that I could speak to somebody about so I can make a formal complaint because itās ridiculous how she treated me and spoke to me. Pretty sad that you guys have management working there that canāt do nothing to help the customer. I donāt understand the point of that might as well get kiosks and just you know have robots back there making food. It might be better if I could give this Taco Bell -10 stars I would And every time I come there my food looks like straight trash. Literally not even made correctly doesnāt even look like they gave a shit about making it

Got here at 6pm and its 6:30pm lobby is full with 7 plus people and no one has came up to the counter or anything, this is absolutely ridiculous, there is no need to disrespect customers like this, there are some people in here for dash orders still waitingā¦ the workers work ethic is absolutely insanely horrible and when they had out food they just yell order and donāt even say sorry for the wait or nothingā¦. This Taco Bell has been like this for years even after the remodelā¦. Thought I could give it a shot again but never mind forget that!
