Got here at 6pm and its 6:30pm lobby is full with 7 plus people and no one has came up to the counter or anything, this is absolutely ridiculous, there is no need to disrespect customers like this, there are some people in here for dash orders still waiting… the workers work ethic is absolutely insanely horrible and when they had out food they just yell order and don’t even say sorry for the wait or nothing…. This Taco Bell has been like this for years even after the remodel…. Thought I could give it a shot again but never mind forget that!

Just went to this location not even 20 minutes ago and ordered only 3 things. Two cheesy beef burritos with no sour cream and a bean and cheese burrito. They gave us three cheesy beef burritos and didn’t give us our bean cheese burrito. And they put sour cream in one of them. Disappointed, it wasn’t even a big order.

I left after watching them not help an elderly man place an order. They told him he had to use the kiosk even though he was confused!! I know it’s “fast food” but the manager should have some sort of customer services skills!!

Honestly so upset, I get off work pretty late at night and really wanted something quick & usually Taco Bell is open late at night. I rarely ever go to this location because it’s never clean, service is very slow etc. the usual. But I decided to just go to this one since it’s close to home & not go a different route. I order a cantina chicken soft taco and the chicken looks like burnt bacon, it’s supposed to be like a shredded chicken it was so hard & burnt. ALL I WANTED was a dang chicken taco & I got burnt chicken. I don’t understand how this location is still open or who the GM is.

This place is always dirty, the staff is snippy, I try to come inside when I have a big order but I still wait 40 minutes for cold thrown together food.
Ordered to eat at restaurant, the Togo orders kept being picked up , drive thru moving , we waited 20 minutes for out meal
