Employees and new manager standing around. Refused to help customers by sending them to the kiosk that was already in use. Manager claimed that they were phasing out the counter order system which surprised the employees that attempted to assist me.If your employees have time to stand behind the counter they can assist people who the kiosks are all in use.As a new manager you should at least try to maintain a customer base.Comparing the dislike of kiosks with people thinking cell phones give you cancer is insulting. Kiosks aren't the issue...laziness is.

Service is great but the mess ups they have are ridiculous…First get this garbage of a taco barely any beef on this taco, and then I order 2 cheesy gordita crunches and they just throw in 2 regular crunchy tacos.. This location is a joke.

The restaurant was dirty and looked like not any upkeep had taken place in a while..Parking: Parking is very difficult due to the small lot. Anything bigger than a compact car is a royal pain to park.

One Crunchwrap had nothing on one whole side, the other one with jalapeños fell apart before I could eat it. I took the one back that had nothing on it to be remade and OF COURSE they remade the wrong one after I specifically told them which one needed remade. Complete waste of my time, money, and gas going back and forth.

These young people are very nice and work hard for the low pay! Yes, I have waited a long time before, but they have always got my order right and have been polite. People clearly treat these workers with disrespect with bad reviews!
This is in reference to the late night staff. They forgot an item I ordered and my double decker gordita thing was wrapped improperly and haphazardly thrown in so the insides got everywhere in the bag. The chalupa in my box was cold.
I ordered a beef chalupa and this is what I got. Disappointing this wouldn’t even pass for the value menu.
It was over priced for a box of 12 soft tacos ? $23
