7:30 Friday night. Very poor service. Very slow food production. We saw multiple inside guests complain their order was not made fast enough and that was the only reason it was made. Will not return.

This is legitimately the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. The workers are rude and barely coherent most of the time. 20% of they time they just don't even make your food and the other 80% your order is missing something. I have lived here for 10 years, I have yet to get a complete order from this place. When you do get the food, they WILL mess up any adjustments you made to the item, that is if it's it's not crushed beyond recognition. How they are still in business is an absolute shock.

The worker acted as if I was trying to steal from her when I asked for my drinks after ignoring me when I asked for them. Someone else made my drink. They were fully staffed as well so no excuse... Worst taco bell I've been to in the area... And I've been to them all.

This location is the worst one in the area, and its a shame it took me this long to realize it. Every order I've ever placed here has either been incorrect, missing items, made poorly, or a combination of all three. Today, two whole items were missing, and replaced incorrectly, and my 12 piece Cinnabon order was shorted by 2, so I only received 10 pieces.
The last time I came, I ordered a combo thats literally on the menu as a chicken chalupa combo, and received beef chalupas instead.
And every other time before that at least one item was missing from my order.
I understand that there's a lot of things to be worried about these days, with my fast food order being at the very bottom of that list most of the time, but how is it that I've never had a correct order every time I've gone here??? I feel like im just throwing money away at this point because I often dont get what I paid for, and when I do it isnt worth as much as I paid for it. Im not saying you have to take a fast food job seriously, but I assumed that doing your job correctly was the bare minimum requirement at least.

Two items were missing from my order that I had to go inside and get myself, only for half of my chalupa to end up at the bottom of the bag they gave me from how poorly it was wrapped and packaged. The other taco that was missing was replaced incorrectly and the taco in my luxe box combo was also incorrect.
The man who took our order through the drive thru was kind enough, but the two women who prepared our missing items didnt seem nearly as attentive or friendly. The Taco Bell app also made it impossible to send said complaint through privately so unfortunately this is the route that has to be taken.

I love taco bell food but this location gets our orders wrong about 50% of the time. They also informed me today that their Baja zero is normally “lighter” on syrup. I’ve attached a photo of what it looks like. It was definitely watered down.

After a long busy day Saturday we stopped at the drive thru and placed our order. We got to the window and payed, we checked our order before we left and was short one item. We asked about it and he said we was not charged for it, we said ok, just add it and we will pay for it. He told us that he can't take orders at the window and we would have to leave and wait in line to order what they had missed. He said it would only take a minute, so I told him if it will only take a minute then give us the item and we will be on are way. We told him that if we go through all that our other food will be cold and mushy and we didn't want that! Long story short, he just argued with us for an other five minutes and we returned our order and got our money back and we went to Subway across the street. It would have been 10X faster to just fill our order! Won't ever be back!

Went to this Taco Bell Friday night the 15th of November at 4:45 . There were about six or eight cars lined up in the drive through,we went inside because we wanted to eat inside. There were four or five customers inside. We placed our order and sat down to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes they yelled from behind the counter that anyone waiting for there orders inside would be waiting another 30 to forty minutes for their order and they would refund there money. We took our refund and asked what the problem was since they seemed to have enough people behind the counter. By this time the cars in the drive through had been cleared but the said they were busy taking care of Uber orders that were being called in, completely ignoring people waiting indside!! THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! We will never go back, it was unbelievably ridiculous!!!!!

They need to get more personal to clean the tables most of the tables have food and garbage all-over the floor garbage can full and the condition of the bathrooms very poor condition

I’m a profoundly deaf customer and I can’t really speak with my voice and i chose to order my food at drive though. It’s my first time ever having someone to tell me that they simply can’t take orders at window and that they can only take orders at speaker. It was a young Mexican guy who told me this. I’ve ordered my foods and received my foods at drive though before at many different locations without ANY issues. I straightfowarded told him that it was discrimination and that I have every right to choose to order and receive my foods at drive through window like everyone else!
