Great delicious food. The owner is obviously proud. However he talks too much for me. While I was there waiting for my order he wanted me to try all these things, show me pictures on his phone while I was eating (omg, let me eat), talk to me about his business, and upsell me like crazy. I want to go back for the food, but I keep driving cause I can't handle the social pressure that comes with the food. I just needed a lunch break.

The food was great and healthy. I got a chicken burrito. It took 7 mins to make which is cool, the only two things I would criticize are the prices and the lecturing by the owner.Really nice man though.

WARNING TO OWNER!!! IF SAID OWNER DOES NOT LIKE CRITICISM AND IS FRAGILE, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM READING!!!I really wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star but unfortunately they don't have a dumpster icon available.DON'T go to this trashy taco truck. Sadly, the owner doesn't know how to be respectful to his customers, nor is he capable of being a decent individual. My partner and I went here to check it out since we were hungry for some Mexican food. After pulling up and checking out the menu, the owner decides to step outside and starts talking about his "Grease" and how his "meat is the best", etc. Like we get that you've established yourself well enough to boast your menu, but having sat there for about 15mins trying to look thru the menu, which we really couldn't look at due to having our ears talked off by someone else (owner), going on a self-centered, conceited tangent about how "awesome" his food and drinks are. I can't even tell you two menu items because he didn't give us a chance to look, just kept boasting his grease.Okay, that's great that you've earned your keep and have your own trademark motto and that you have your own business going, but what good is a business if they don't know how to act professional? ESPECIALLY when it comes to people not being happy with their experience at your little taco truck due to the fact that there are MULTIPLE reasons why your customers aren't even satisfied in the least with either their food, drink, prices, customer service, professionalism, or all the above if I'm being honest.(Here's a different note, but same person~)Now one of the worst comments he made was regarding ableism. Dude made a comment about how you need legs to run a race and when I brought up the fact those who without legs can still do races he said " I said run a race" then further pushed he was right by saying something along the lines of people in wheel chairs need to be pushed or that they can't do it themselves. My dude, come up with a better analogy at least without undermining the struggles of actual athletes.(Alright, MY little rant is over~)So what it essentially boils down to, unless you want a Grade A Attitude with a side of "no-Grease", I recommend trying somewhere else~

Tried for the first time yesterday, LOVED it. Came back today and tried the carnita asada tacos, rice + beans, the corn.It was all amazing + full of flavor. The owner does talk quite a bit, but he’s friendly, he’s proud of his small business and is exited to show why he’s different from the other Mexican food around us. Will be going back because it was delicious .

very pleasant!! i enjoy the food a lot, owner is definitely a bit more talkative than i am and the prices are high but i think they are worth it, and i understand why, healthy food is expensive and good tasting food is expensive and food made with soul is expensive. the secret menu items are some of my favorites and i really enjoy that there is not much grease and no fat! very rare to find something like that while also tasting good!

We were very excited to try this food truck as we had passed it many times on the way to the dog park but it did not live up to expectations.1. The owner was very talkative. I appreciate that he is very proud of his business but me and my wife did not want to stand there for 30 minutes listening to your life story. I suggest putting your story on a board for people to read and let the customer engage not the other way around.2. The prices are insane. 2.99 for an extra salsa and $18-20 for a tiny underwhelming burrito.3. The food is meh. Not much else to be said here. He basically told us that we shouldn’t judge the food too harshly because he doesn’t cook with fat and I quote “don’t judge the food because there isn’t any fat, you would be impressed if you saw a marathon runner complete a marathon with no legs, right” and I would but the food here is not good, and it’s not the lack of fat in the food.

Not a fan. As a Mexican, I don’t like to have my cultures food dissed before I eat. Should’ve turned away as soon as the guy dissed bolios. The prices were outrageous, single person getting one torta and one horchata shouldn’t be $30. I don’t understand the reason to the “secret menu”, if that’s home cooked food that’s suppose to be “welcoming”, I’d rather not go “home”. Meat is salty.

If I could give this food truck 0 stars I absolutely would. The customer service was horrible and the food was tasteless.Don’t even bother saying you have never eaten here unless you have 20 minute to stand around and listen to an entire lecture about what you eat and what diseases your food causes. We made the mistake of saying we hadn’t been here. The food has 0 flavor, I am pretty sure cardboard has more flavor. Also the price point is absolutely ridiculous, the food is not authentic and the presentation is extremely messy. They don’t even have tacos it’s make your own with 0 toppings. You are better off going down the road for real tacos. The cherry on top for me was the side comments that were made about my culture and food. Being of Latin decent it was extremely frustrating and rude and he kept talking about the membership. And how you get access to a secret menu. What a waste of my time and money. Save yourself the disappointment.

Hands down the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had, and I’ve been all over Mexico! We had driven by this truck so many times and finally decided to give it a try tonight and WOW! Incredible! The flavor was absolutely insane! The best we have ever had. The quality of the meat (and everything else) is superb. I usually don’t like rice but I will make sure to get Abuela’s rice every time, from now on because it is that good. The beans, tortillas, and crema were perfect and authentic. We were lucky to get the ceviche and holy moly…I will be craving that all the time! ZERO fishy taste!!! SO FRESH!!! You could taste every ingredient! Delicious!!! We finished with the Mexican street corn and it was the perfect ending. Sweet, salty, with a little kick. You can tell Chester is passionate and knowledgeable about his food and it translates right through in every bite. You’ll love your meal and feel good about eating it too. Thank you Chester, we will be back, and frequently!Side note: my husband has T1D and we eat a fairly healthy diet. The menu options are exactly what we love to see- Fresh ingredients, prepared and cooked with love, and the meal from start to end was a fantastic journey. I can’t wait to try the homemade gelato and horchata next time!

The elote had a special blessing on it… I got samples of the nutty wutty (yum buckets) and some of the multicolored salsa and a big chip to test it… needless to say, the drive across town was worth the premium gas I spent to get there… and the customer service was like going to family’s house. I will be back for the guac… oh and there is home made boba!! Who does that?!?! $$$ worth it!

We say this food truck close by and wanted to try it hopefully find a new spot close by instead of driving further away. First we arrived and its super dark if my husband wasn't with me I would have not stopped. Next the food prices and plates are very different to authentic mexican food. Im Mexican I make authentic mexican food if im lazy I go to a taco truck. Prices are steep for a taco truck I wanted to try a taco they dont offer this but only taco plates that are 17.99 etc. I looked at the menu and wasn't to excited I ordered a guac only. My husband ordered a torta from a "Secret Menu" which was a sandwich literally with bell peppers and little to meat. Tortas are not made on costco artisan rolls wish I would have taken a picture but it was dark out this came out to $28 for a side of gauc and a torta. We should have just gone to to a sit down restaurant for these prices. The owner is really nice and takes pride of his business but can talk your ear off and make it a 45 minute stop my toddler was no happy at all to be stuck in her car seat. We wont be back and I feel bad writing this review but also feel like my time and money were both taken.

This place is great we had 2 tamales and 2 burritos let me tell you the meat on the burritos is the best that flavor of the meat it's like nothing I've had before in a burrito. For people crying about price first try them and see for your self plus the owner Chester was a great person I will definitely be back soon?
