Despite ordering nearly $50 on a single order, this location refuses to provide more than 4 sauce packets. Furthermore, they refuse to answer their phones. Whoever is managing this specific location is a trainwreck and it's mind-boggling that despite the torrent of bad reviews, upper management continues to allow this subpar service to persist. So, not only is this specific store manager at fault, the regional manager is also tone deaf. Avoid this place until they figure out that customers are the only reason they exist.
Edit: also want to add that the tots were moldy. They clearly need a food inspector at this location asap.

$20 for a single person lunch at fast food?! And why is to $7 burrito the exact same portion as the $2 burrito? And why can you only get sauces in packets? And why can't they get your order right when you're the only person in the building?! The quality isn't what it used to be. A crispy burrito was crispy. Not half soft. Need to get a Manager in here to observe and execute quality control and customer service

All I wanted was my darn stuffed tots. I ordered them with a super soft taco. They gave me regular ones. Hey check my receipt and I paid for the stuffed ones. They still wouldn't give me them. I even offered to pay for another order but by the time that I could go up there because of the line. I was already done eating the rest of my food. They were rude. I was super nice and even said I would pay for another order.

Worst TacoTime I've ever been to. I had to repeat my simple order 4 times (4 crisp meat beef burritos) The meat is running out the end of the burrito. What's up with the runny meat!?...
As a fellow ex employee of this establishment let me just share with you a little secret this taco time has the seasoning for their ground beef yet doesn’t season it also when you’re at the drive thru they do not put on gloves but when you order inside they do also their taco burger is straight up garbage, also back to the seasoning who in the hell doesn’t season their meat?
